We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for your experience. We completely understand your frustration, and while we were able to provide you with a full refund, we know that this does not make up for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the delivery delays.

May was an exceptionally difficult month for us. Unfortunately, our delivery system experienced serious disruptions at the same time as we saw a significant increase in order volumes. Our courier partner was simply not prepared for the sudden demand and was collecting far fewer parcels than scheduled, which resulted in unacceptable delays.

We want to be completely transparent and take full responsibility for what happened. We are not making excuses, and we fully acknowledge that the level of service you received was far below the standard we aim to provide.

Since then, we have worked hard to resolve these issues, improve our shipping process, and strengthen our logistics so that this situation does not happen again. We truly value every customer, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that our products and service bring the experience you expect from Globaltic.

Once again, we are deeply sorry for letting you down, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, May was an exceptionally challenging period for our business. At the same time that order volumes increased significantly, our delivery network experienced unexpected operational issues. Our courier partner was unable to collect the expected number of parcels, which resulted in delays that fell well below the standard we strive to provide.

Throughout this difficult period, our team did everything possible to support our customers. We worked tirelessly with our courier partner, responded to enquiries as quickly as we could, and did everything within our control to resolve each situation as efficiently as possible.

We believe in being open and honest with our customers, and we take full responsibility for what happened. We are not looking for excuses—we fully recognise that your experience did not reflect the level of service our customers deserve.

Since then, we have made significant improvements to our fulfilment and shipping processes, working closely with our logistics partners to ensure this situation does not happen again. Our goal is to provide every customer with the reliable service and quality they expect from Globaltic.

Once again, we are truly sorry for letting you down, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
