My Designer ordered the Adelaide dining room chairs. The chairs have no distribution of weight and are therefore back heavy. There is no weight in the front and if you lean back or push the chair back with your pinky finger, the whole chair falls back. Do not order these chairs and do not order from this company because there is absolutely no concern whatsoever! They are the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered!

Do not order from them. They manufactured a light wrong and are not willing to help. They are the worst of the worst, they have no customer service sense and only care about getting your money and disappear. Stay away

They used to be a pretty good company but their use of sales reps is brutal. We have a number of showroom's but now steer designers away from GV. We advise an items has been discontinued or give a 9 month lead-time so they pass. We then find something similar from another brand. We work our butts off. To have someone we have never met, lives in another province and gets 10% for doing NOTHING drives me bonkers. They have lost over 400K of sales from us this years alone. Trust your dealers. We all know how to use a portal.... I make sure designers avoid your brand. 30 years in business. They listen to us....

I purchased gold cabinets (Item 9492666) distributed through Global Views and sold by Houzz, Wayfair, Perigold, and others. The item was produced in India. Ironically, items with the same finish are now discontinued. I called all parties involved. The customer service was a nightmare. After one year, the brass finish has huge dark spots (under the protective coating). It's not able to be corrected. Global Views was completely disinterested and refused to offer an idea, tip, or remedy to remove the spread of tarnish, rust, or whatever it is. Initially, I was unconcerned, thinking that I could simply polish the finish when it got too dark. It's not patina. It's spreading rust spots. I'm out over $12,000 dollars because of a company with no quality or accountability. Furniture from the 1500s is still being sold. Global Views furniture did not last one year. It's a total loss. I have reported them to several review sites and will follow up on social media and with a blog that discusses bad-quality furniture.
