Horrible customer service. They do not refund you or offer any discount even if they've delivered your parcel with 15-20 days of delay. Also, they had leakage of 250.000 of their clients' personal inf... もっず芋る

Very bad service

Very bad service. Won’t recommend. Used globbing to ship > 100 packages, but service got very bad for the last 6 months. My latest air shipments arrived in about a month ( was supposed to take max 10 working days ), my cargo shipment took more than 4 months ( was supposed to take ~2 months). My Christmas presents arrived very late. The list goes on

very bad service

very bad service, without any experience, it has been more then 3 working days my product arrived to there warehouse but still they can’t find it there are blaming o there system because they had lot of orders, whenever i call then they say today and today till it has been 3 days and still they are saying today or tomorrow.
