Absolutely shocking people. Rude. Inconsiderate. Complete lack of common sense. If you damage somebody's property whilst in your company vehicle take ownership. Don't run away.

We had a leak in the airing cupboard where the water tank is located. Gloucester Plumbing sent out a Engineer (Scott) next day. The water tank had to be vented and the tundish was also replaced.
Great friendly attitude from Scott.

Scott figured out our issue and it was a delight to have him fix our heating. He is a polite and a professional guy and the company is always so good at booking in and arriving when they say.
Would 100% recommend.

I urgently needed a gas engineer to remove a gas fire to rescue a bird that was stuck in the chimney flue liner. Gloucester Plumbing and Heating were the only company willing to attend and sent someone within a couple of hours. David got the job done brilliantly and was throrough and professional. I'll be using them again.

We came back from short break away, to find that our central heating and hot water system would not work. I looked around for a reputable local firm, and came across Gloucester Plumbing & Heating Ltd. I can safely say that their service from start to finish was impeccable. Dave Goodfellow was assigned to fix my problem and, aside from being a really nice guy, demonstrated that he was a very knowledgeable, professional and proficient engineer. The job was completed on time and ensured that our system was up and running for the upcoming festival season. I would most definitely recommend Gloucester Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

We had two visits from Dave G at Gloucester heating and plumbing ! Problem was low water pressure ! Turns out it was a gradual leak we hadn’t spotted at first but quickly resolved! Courteous friendly and thoughtful ! Always difficult with tradesmen in the house when female and living alone ! But no worries !

Our annual service was completed by Dave. He was very efficient and lovely to deal with. Once again excellent service from booking to paying. Would highly recommend.

Our engineer arrived exactly when stated and did an excellent job of replacing our Nest controller with a Hive controller.
The compnay was easy to contact, quick to respond to queries and as said gave us excellent service.

The engineer Dave was fantastic. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and clearly explained the process. Excellent service from an experienced engineer.

Dave G sorted the boiler breakdown in minutes. He somehow knew what the problem was immediately and knew the ageing boiler well.

The engineer Dave Goodfellow arrived on time. Fully serviced our boiler and advised us on our smoke and carbon dioxide alarms.
He also wore shoe protectors upon entering our carpeted home.

Gloucester Plumbing and Heating installed underfloor heating in our dining room last year. This worked well from the start but we did have issues with it ‘ faulting ‘ our existing gas boiler. The company persisted until they found a solution at no extra cost. Their employees were always pleasant and helpful .
