Recently used Glover Priest Solicitors for my conveyancing for buying my first house. Sally, Ellie and Amina were very helpful through the whole process and were very quick at responding to any queries I had! Would definitely use them again!

I had a drawn-out completion following an initial buyer who pulled out while haggling for a discount. I wouldn't bargain on the price. Mohammed, Rhys, and the team stuck by me, along with a great estate agent, and saw me home the second time around. The dashboard was super clear, which is online and digital. They dealt with anomolies, including a clause somewhere in something about farm rent from 60 years ago!! Recommended.

Sally, Ellie and Amina were excellent! Throughout the process, they were all very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. If I ever decide to move again, I know which company and branch I will be using and recommending to others.

Poor, poor, poor service from start to finish. I would never recommend anybody to use these solicitors for any matter. Especially if you want it to be done at any speed. Took over 6 months to move house with no chain at either end of the sale. As well as passing the buck when it came to key responsibilities during the conveyances process. They also didn’t call me once off their own back, it was always me calling them. When we expressed our extreme dissatisfaction and anger towards the treatment we received, we were told that we were welcome to go elsewhere and restart the process elsewhere, rather than taking accountability for their actions. We were also told that some money was lodged by the seller for us as compensation for the delay because we threatened to pull out of sale. Money was then deducted from our bill to the solicitors without total consent rather than us receiving the money during completion.
Please don’t forget that lunch time is at any time of the day. I really hope that the solicitors don’t reply to this review in the same ‘copy and paste’ way they reply to ALL the other low star reviews posted.

Whilst buying my first house Rhys, Rayhan and Kerry. Where very on top of it I called them so regularly and they had an answer for every question they worked extremely well between the 3 of them to put any doubts of mine to rest.

They came recommended from friends and family members, can't fault them at all.

Even when the other solicitors were dragging there heels the team carried on, pushing the get answers.

100% would/ will use again if the time arises in the future.
