I want to say a massive thank you to Samirah Younis from Davison’s Law (Edgbaston)

As a first time buyer, I was extremely stressed, especially as my rental had ended and I had to move back in with my mum. I also had a failed completion, which was no fault of Davison’s, but Samirah really advocated for me and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible in the end.

Samirah is a credit to Davison’s. She always answered my calls and responded quickly, and I could tell she genuinely cared about her clients.

It’s been an emotional journey, but I’m writing this as I sit in my new home feeling relieved. I truly couldn’t have done it without you thank you so much.

I will never forget the kindness and empathy you showed me throughout the biggest transaction of my life!!

Dan Preston at Davisons solicitors was absolutely outstanding in dealing with my conveyancing and buying and selling of my properties. He was always on hand for calls, emails and queries and it was obvious that his end goal was to ensure the client was given the best possible service. My sale nearly never went through due to some complications yet Dan pulled out all the strings worked late nights to make the completion date happen. Davisons are most definetly the only solicitors I will be using for any conveyancing in the future.

I’m more interested in a professional experience than a great one! The ‘initiation’ was confusing - different people, not knowing who they were and what their role was. However, I was finally allocated Nathan who was friendly and explained various procedures as I hadn’t sold a flat before, more complicated than a house!
Completed last Friday- very happy dealing with him. We have four more flats in this development which I would like to sell eventually so will be back!

This is the first time selling a House and I found both the staff in the Leamington office, and Nadia on the phone and email, to be efficient, friendly and so helpful.

The 1 star is just because the sale eventually went through (sort of… still waiting on post completion docs, 7 months after completion) but the communication from them has been utterly embarrassing. The sale took 3 months longer than promised on an empty flat with no chain and exceptional response time and service from the seller’s solicitor (wish I used them instead!) Slow, often no response at all to emails. Had to chase for nearly every single requirement. I’ve felt like the absolute lowest of their priorities and the whole process has been very frustrating. I looped in the branch manager at one point which is the only thing that got some momentum going, but he was quickly taken off the chain and the communication got worse again (funny that). Would not recommend these guys at all.

Samirah Younis was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of selling my property with Davisons Law. She maintained a warm and approachable demeanour while demonstrating a high level of professionalism at all times.

Communication was clear, timely, and efficient, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.

I would highly recommend both Samirah and Davisons Law for their excellent service — truly deserving of 7 stars.

Very supportive with my first house purchase.

I'm nearing the end of a voluntary liquidation for my old contracting limited company. The process from the liquidator is thorough, and I am not unhappy with them, but I am more than ready for it to be over! My final hurdle was to find a local solicitor for the witnessing of a declaration of solvency. I also was in need of doing this rather promptly, in order to beat a financial deadline.

So it was very helpful to have a word-of-mouth recommendation for Davisons Law. I rang up, was put through to a Mr Akhtar at Edgbaston, who was able to fit me into his diary the very next day. It was a very personable experience, and it was most pleasant to spend more time on conversation than on matters of business.

Since the peppercorn fee for the work felt insufficient for my positive experience, the least I can do is write a happy review. I may yet meet my deadline! 🤩

We had a great experience with the solicitors team. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and handled our case very efficiently. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole process much easier.

I have used Davisons twice now for conveyancing, I cannot fault the service I have received, fantastic communication, speedy service, polite and friendly staff, reasonable pricing for fees. Highly recommend.

This is the third sale that Davisons Law have managed for me in three years and whilst any property sale has challenges, this firm manages third parties well and I would recommend them and use them again.

Bundala, Harry and the team were great from start to finish. Always responsive, answered all questions and made the process as easy as it could be. Couldnt recommend highly enough. Dont plan on moving anytime soon, but if we did, we would only use these guys.

Thamanna was amazing and kept us updated where possible.

Our purchase was delayed many times on the vendor side so when I would ask for an update, I would have this within 24 hours.
