Best solicitors I’ve ever used for a house move. Always answers your calls, replies to emails very quickly and Stephen did everything in his power to resolve any hiccups that came up. 100% recommend.

Conveyancing solicitor Stephen Johnson and his team (Nadine and Paige) were professional but with a human touch. Totally competent and timely in managing the process, exhibiting good communication skills (quick to inform, explain), easy to contact when questions arose. Plus friendly. Knowing this team were not just providing a service but also supporting me made a lot of difference. I wish I could award 10 stars

With a quick visit to the office, Stephen Johnson quickly sorted out the only problem with the Legal Bricks online conveyancing questionnaire which with one unanswered question was showing up as us not having completing the questionnaire,

A poor experience for conveyancing services. Poor communication. Only 3 houses in the chain and one mortgage, and yet it was a 16 week process, much too long. If I had not pushed and pushed it would have taken at least 20 weeks. Disappointed with the lack of urgency, service and communication, which added to the stress of moving house.

Cannot fault any aspect of the service received from Stephen Johnson and his able team of Ellie & Nadine whatsoever.

They are professional, knowledgable, courteous and above all, honest.

My wife & I were steered towards Stephen by our daughter who had received exactly the same service from Glover Priest - Lichfield.
