They were pleasant, understanding, always accessible via telephone/email and provided a superb service without any technical solicitor jargon (just plain english).

We used Glover Priest for the sale of our late Father's property, we were advised of what they were doing every step of the way. Stephen Johnson and Ellie Walsh are a superb team. When the buyers solicitors were dragging their feet Ellie was chasing them on a regular basis. On the couple of occasions I had to take in hard copies of documents that they required signing both Ellie and Stephen were as pleasant face to face as they were on the phone. The only slip up was made by their accounts department in the fact they did a BACs transfer which took 3 days instead of a same day transfer, Ellie contacted me to apologize for the slip up as soon as they had got to the bottom of what had happened and then Stephen was in contact about 5 minutes late to say that the Telegraphic transfer fee was being refunded to me. This is what I call proper customer service and Glover Priest should be rightly proud of Ellie and Stephen, I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I can’t speak any more highly of the conveyancing service from Stephen Johnson and Ellie at Glover Priest, Lichfield. A very organised and professional team. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and all emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. It wasn’t an easy chain to deal with at the latter stages but Stephen was the one who was on the ball (in the words of the estate agent), he went above and beyond to kept it moving despite an unorganised, less responsive solicitor at the bottom of the chain. I will certainly be recommending to all friends and family. Thank you!
