I had a very complicated sale of a house, however I was kept informed all the way .
Both Connor and Sharon were particularly helpful and kind as I was going through a bad emotional state at the time.

It was simple freehold house sale .
The matter has concluded but I believe that my emails were not responded to for many days after they were sent ,multiple times during the sale process .
Phone systems also were a case of press 1 for this and 2 for that and then would go unanswered and disconnect anyway .
There should be a time frame for answering emails and a direct dial phone number for the team ,so clients can speak/ confirm things ,if required .

Unfortunately my experience with Glover Priest was not very satisfactory. I would not recommend them for COP or for anything to do with selling property.
Never again.
Prior to this, Court of Protection took 18 months as the paper work originally was not all sent off together. everything had to be redone and sent off again.

it's soo clear ...

Lesley and Leah from Quinton office recently dealt with residential purchase on my behalf. What started as a fairly straightforward transaction quickly became far more complicated than anticipated due to seller's solicitors lack of understanding of what was included in the transaction, change of seller's conveyancer and need for creation of a deed of grant. Lesley and Leah dealt with all queries raised in a timely and clear manner and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Lesley Russell was just incredible in helping us buy our first home, she is reliable, efficient and informative. She made the process so easy for us and was very helpful with any questions that we had throughout.
