The team at Glover priest Wellingborough have been fantastic. I have used them 3 times now for a first house purchase, the subsequent sale of that house and purchase of the next one. They have always been responsive, happy to pick up the phone to clarify anything, and have acted extremely swiftly and diligently on all three occasions. Even though I'm moving out the area where they're based, I'd still use their services in future and would recommend them highly.

Brilliantly handled my divorce. They communicate very well and keep you updated every step of the way.

Be careful with them, they use a poor system for ID checking that is not working and they ask extra fee for another ID checking. At the end they ask double fee for ID checking because their system is not working despite I sent many emails and I never accepted their extra fee. They immediately threatens to sue, abusing his legal advantage.

I would highly recommend using Glover Priest for conveyancing. We used them for the sale of our house and although the completion took nearly 7 months, this was no fault of GP. They provide a portal where you can complete all the necessary documents and message them with any queries. They respond very promptly. Thanks to all at Glover Priest.

Great personal attention and very prompt action whenever an issue arose

I would highly recommend GloverPriest solicitors. I used them for conveyance for the purchase of my flat and they were fantastic. They were very efficient, supportive and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Everything was done well and we were kept informed throughout throughout process of buying our house.
Solicitors were easy to contact when we wanted.

Nadines was great can't begin to explain how helpful she was was able to guide me through the entire process and answered all my queries. I would strongly recommend gloverpriest, the reassurance that nadine was able to give me through out this process was second to none.

Had to constantly chase for updates. I also seemed to have to do the chasing from the solicitors to the estate agents. They would not talk to eachother.
Issues with final completion payment resulting in error and money needing to be sent back 2 months later. They take high enough fees but for what job.

Fantastic pro-active service throughout the conveyancing process. They didn’t need chasing to get things moving, in fact they were often reminding me to sort out required information. The forms in the portal were very extensive, almost frustratingly so as not everything was relevant, but the portal was friendly enough to not make it painful. The conveyancer’s assistants were always available and capable of answering my many idiot level questions. If I move again Glover Priest will be my conveyancers of choice.

If you want a smooth, quick house move choose GloverPriest! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. We had Roxanne as our case handler, she and her team were so, so, so efficient - I never waited longer than a couple of hours for an email reply and usually they responded faster. They constantly kept us in the loop, paperwork was very quickly processed and everything was explained so well. They had everything under control and made the whole process stress free! We cant thank them enough for their help.

Unfortunately, the legal services we received were unprofessional and negligent.

I'm being nice with 3 stars. My broker advised using them. If I could describe them with 2 words it would be slow and unorganised. They would send out paperwork to be filled in and sent back so I would physically drive it to their office to then get another email saying that they forgot some forms. If I was posting it, it would have made for a bigger delay. Was a stressful nightmare.

Just to reply, paperwork was sent digitally but important parts were forgotten and sent days later.
