Don’t buy from this company! They take your money and don’t fulfil the order.

My order was cancelled two days in a row... if you aren't delivering, then you shouldn't be accepting orders!

I was using the Glovoro strips for my toenail fungus. After about a month, I reordered, and that was a huge mistake. Halfway through the second batch of strips, my toes turned very red, and were swollen and covered with blisters. That was two weeks ago, and they are only getting worse. I am afraid.

This is completely unacceptable. Almost every order arrives with missing items, and it’s clearly not a one-time mistake but an ongoing issue.
What makes it worse is the lack of proper customer support. The app does not allow you to contact an advisor, which feels like a deliberate way to avoid dealing with complaints.
I am paying for items I don’t receive, and there is no easy way to resolve it. This is poor service and a failure in both quality control and customer care.

One start because of the supermarket bags, it’s too much. I home is full of bags I just wish there was another way

Very bad customer service. Unreliable, products not delivered,money taken and no compensation.

I made an order and paid 410 RON with my card, then the courier arrived with the products, but there were 8 packs of cigarettes missing. I look the tax receipt from Kaufland, it was 228,72 RON I look my glove page, and they wrote that I was not charged for missing items. Well, I was controlled on my phone, I wrote this to them, and nothing. ROMANIA CITY TARGU MURES -THEY ARE SCAMMERS BECAUSE I'M VERY SICK. I OFTEN ORDER I CA T GO OUTSIDE ..SHAMELESS THEFTS

Cum sa trimiti coduri de discount pe mail iar acestea sa nu functioneze? Ba ca nu sunt recunoscute, ba ca “voucherul a fost folosit deja”? Asta e fals advertising.
Ultima mea comanda a ajuns in 2h si 10 min la usa, in conditiile in care restaurantul e la 15 minute de mers pe jos? Mancarea a fost despachetata si reincalzita, apoi reimpachetata cu o bugata de folie de aluminiu gaurita si vai de ea…
