Our gas boiler was losing pressure the week before Christmas. The Glow Heating engineer arrived and diagnosed the problem the same day, ordered the replacement parts, fitted them 2 days later. Thanks to the prompt service we had a warm Christmas.

I was impressed with the quick response to my phone call. Having rung up at 1000 an engineer was on site at 1400. My tenant was also extremely grateful to have such a quick visit especially as she is living with her mother who is housebound.

The ability for Glow to operate without me present. They picked the key to access the property from the Estate Agent, communicated quickly

On time, received a message to say on there way ,cleaned up after themselves, explained things to you ,jobs done neat and tidy, given advice on things , experienced lads

Glow got me out of a bit of a hole for which I am extremely grateful! I needed a quick turn around on an inspection and consequently a new boiler they were able to achieve both...and on a Sunday to. I was kept well informed and they were punctual and professional

I would have given a 5 star if they hadn't cancelled my appointment and rescheduled again third year running but you can track the engineer on day of appointment prices not bad overall good service.

Great job done , very happy, the lads were very professional, cleaned up after each day's work , nice and warm and toastie now , thanks to Jack and all the team.

A good, efficient workman completed the job in good time. The only downside is we didn't know what time he would be arriving only told it would be between 0800 and 1300.

The surveyor was very knowledgeable and helped me decide the best option for my property. The installation team were very professional and pleasant and completed the installation with as little disruption as possible. He customer support has been excellent.

GLO are so good engineers are all so helpful and on time . Our engineer came to yearly booked service and was excellent explained everything really thoroughly 🥰

I found all of the Glow members of staff, from the office staff to the heating engineers to be friendly, respectful and professional.
I was given clear information about my options including the costs without any pressure for me to make a decision.
The weather on the day of the combi-boiler installation was atrocious, but never mind, the engineer protected my carpets with ample amounts of carpet cling film which kept everything clean and dry. He worked hard and proficiently all day, leaving me with a working boiler and no mess. The old boiler was taken away on the day.
I would highlight that Glow ensured that the visits were booked with some urgency. They arrived when expected and proved to be reliable and trustworthy.
I would definitely use this company again and am already on their database for the annual service in 2026.

We had our air conditioning units installed by Paul and Cody with Steve taking care of the electrics on one of the days. Everybody was very professional and polite, turning up on time and making sure to keep mess to a minimum. They cleaned up, vacuumed etc each day, leaving the bedrooms usable between their visits. It was a big job with 4 bedrooms having units installed simultaneously over 4 days but Paul and Cody were considerate of our needs to access the bedrooms at times while also completing the work efficiently and to a high standard. We were updated regularly on the progress and once installed, Paul explained how to use the units and gave us tips and advice on how to keep them well maintained.
We were very impressed with the work completed and will be recommending Glow to our friends and family.
