I had a problem with glass for a stove and the Glowing Embers Team were excellent. Exceptional service.

Top class service from start to finish had several calls to discuss prior to ordering the knowledge of the staff were second to none even the after sales service was excellent

I ordered a boiler stove from Glowing Embers over the phone, told them exactly what I wanted and it was paid for and ordered over the phone with no haste, I had a bit of bother with delivery due to where I live (Highlands, this happens on a regular basis for me) so I rang customer service and they were extremely helpful and polite, got it sorted and was told to expect delivery about 7-10 days, 4 days later I had a stove at my door, the delivery driver was excellent and extremely helpful moving the stove to where I am storing it before fitting. Top notch service

I found glowing embers to be efficient and reliable. When I needed to return any items,there was no problems.

I purchased a Henley 21kw stove from Glowing Embers in December 2021 along with all of the pipe fittings and flexible flue hose for the chimney. Everything was perfect and they also returned my money promptly for a few parts that I purchased but did not require. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Almost 1 year ago I bought my beautiful, so realistic, 3D "CELSI" electric fire place. 🔥 it's arrived quickly, still works perfectly every day, warming and lighting my home. I adore it.

horrible company----do not buy here---when we bought a $4000 stove they tried to charge for delivery when we picked up. they said you have to pay delivery to our store even tho it is in stock and you are picking up. they ended up backing off this policy and not charging a delivery. then 2 months later harmon stove broke down---not usable. called glowing embers----no one would help us unless w4e paid an additional $300 on top of cost to fix-------buy from tall pines instead!!!!! unethical and dishonest.

Good sales team, knowledgeable, helpfull etc. Outstanding customer service when we changed our mind and returned some flue. Also very good when one of the new pieces turned up damaged. They were quick to replace the damaged section and answered emails quickly and efficiently. I found this company very easy to deal with.

You can tell a good company not by the friendly sales team as they take your money, but by the consumer services when things go wrong hence 1 star (should be less.
Purchased 2 No Reina Aluminium Radiators from Glowing Embers last year I had to replace one of them 3 times and it still leaked. After every excuse to wiggle out of the problem, including amended install documents false statements from customers they now ignore correspondence, and have refused to give a refund. I have replaced the radiators with alternative (that guess what don’t leak have advised Glowing Embers that the radiators are ready for collection but still no response. I have now started proceedings with Trading Standards and my Card provider

Customer service was excellent.

Got the candle making kit which is super fun to do with a friend and smells great (got the chocolate one) 😍

An absolutely appalling company to do business with.
I ordered a stove valued at nearly £800 through my stove fitter. He was informed that the stove would be delivered on the Friday and I therefore planned my week accordingly.
On the Tuesday, whilst I was 100 miles away in East Sussex my wife called to state that the stove had been delivered to the driveway. When I spoke to the driver to explain that we weren't in a position to move it or check it's condition it was obvious he couldn't care less. He even refused to note on the delivery note that it was unchecked and drove off.
This caused us considerable inconvenience at it wasn't until 9pm, when I arrived home that we were able to move the stove to a secure place.
Upon contacting Glowing Embers they were totally disinterested stating that the delivery could arrive at any time within a 5 day period. So in effect the customer is expected to wait in for the five days for delivery- REALLY?
First and LAST time I'll be using Glowing Embers. TOTALLY unacceptable service!!!

Received my stove just before Christmas really happy with the delivery couldn't fault a thing.

I ordered the Gazco fire, the website was really easy to use and my fire was delivered so quickly and also was so easy to track highly recommend

Used this company a few times now, they were recommended by a friend and we weren’t disappointed! Every time they have been very helpful, guiding us with what we needed. Unfortunately we now have everything we need but we will certainly be using them again if needed. Many thanks.
