I got what expected in time and good quality

Parts supplied excellent. However, quite small packet that could have been sent by a much cheaper method but still charged £13 for shipping which is outrageous and frankly feels unpalatable. Not impressed when I saw size of packet received. I was also a returning customer which clearly makes no difference

Excellent service, came quickly and was well protected, fits perfectly not much else to say for a piece of glass ordered on line with zero human interaction. but would defiantly use again if the need arises

Great product, easy transaction

Today I ordered my 4th glass, all which have broken whilst trying to fit. For the first 3 it is possible that I gave the wrong measurements, but for this last one I know the measurements were correct. However the glass which came had the same size as the recess,so its only natural that something had to give ie broken glass. The problem that I see is that no one told me a reduction had to be made for expansion. When I first ordered a glass I mentioned the expansion and was told this would be done automatically, which wasn't. However this time you gave me a reduction of 2mm all round. So all I can say is wait till this one comes and then see what happens. Lets hope there is a great improvement. Yours faithfully G.Hebden

Quick and efficient service. Glass was a perfect fit.

The glass itself was a perfect size, no marks or scratches and was wrapped well for transport. Only downside for me is that they used yodel for delivery! Paid extra for next day delivery but didn’t arrive. Not glowing embers fault but that’s the only thing that dampened my experience with them.

The glass was a great fit and delivered well on time.
If needed again I would always have you in mind

Good service overall and very happy with the products. The only thing which would have been useful, is to have been advised that our items were being delivered by separate companies. Would recommend however.
