Very fast delivery and perfect service. The product itself very well designed and executed/manufactured. I mounted the gloworm to my Dulatron Ultra 2 high speed all terrain scooter.

I just recently used my X2 adventure during the 25 hours of Frog Hollow race. It worked excellent. The quality of the light literally shines through! I love the handlebar switch and the ability to tune the light profiles.

Those lights are amazing - large battery, sturdy and I love the feature to use it as a powerbank. One little flaw is the handlebar mount, the flimsiest I have seen in a while. Luckily Gloworm provides plenty of alternatives and a nice metal mount can be found online. Service is top too. Bein in the EU we sometimes get hit with hefty customs charges and taxes. Gloworm ships from within - easy. Thanks for some great lights which I think will last a very long time.

Fast shipping, customization, like riding in the daylight. I can’t say anything bad about these lights. One issue I do have is with the TX remote, pairing is quite annoying and it stopped working on a ride.

I was on a very tight deadline to receive a part for my lighting system (leaving w/in a week and a half to ride the Oregon Timber Trail) and they had the part sent to my house with plenty of time to spare. Great company and stellar customer service.

There was a glitch with my order which meant it wasn't processed, even though I had an email to confirm my order was on its way.
A quick email the the Customer Service team and the problem was sorted immediately with my order arriving the next day. They were friendly and very helpful!

Great lights. Super bright. Mounts easily on handlebars. Worth the money for the added safety.

I ordered a new battery and it wouldn't charge with my older charger. So I ordered a new charger, and now the battery charges, but it won't light up the light.

I have been using Gloworm lights for years now and i couldn't be happier. Recently i had a battery issue and the team couldn't have been more helpful and sent a replacement within days.
Couldn't be happier.

I love the lights but unfortunately my battery (Gloworm Power Pack G 2.0) has died and, while I am well within the warranty period, I can get neither Gloworm NZ or Action LED lights (the US distributor) to respond to my queries.
So great lights but apparently no support

Unfortunately my new lights didn't work fine. During the Fat Viking race 2022 edition in Norway when I needed it during the night it didn't work. It was so stressful . I'm afraid of using it cause it could not work properly when I need it. I was going to return it to you .

This light is awesome it's lite and it lights up the trail perfectly

Purchased Gloworm 4-cell battery. Turned up soon after ordering. We recently had an issue with one of our lights. Gloworm repaired the light even though it was just out of of its warranty period which was much appreciated. Our family has purchased a number of items from Gloworm. They are a great product.

Received the lights within 3-4 business days, very quick to ship to Adelaide. Good packaging, presented nicely with draw string bag to keep the light in long term. No issues with the lights thus far, look forward to enjoying many more night rides this winter!

Looked at a few different options and read a bunch of light reviews.
Super happy i ended up with the gloworm set.
Battery life has been longer than specs say, lights are a really well thought
out design and are perfect on or off road.

I am happy, they came fast with all the goodies, they replaced a stolen light. A bit sad my old batteries don’t fit the plug, do you guys make an adapter to fit the old battery to the new light?
