Absolutely fantastic service

I had one of the best service of my life. Thanks for helping us with the house purchase.

After suffering multiple injuries in a major road accident back in July 2024 I contacted Glp randomly having never needed a solicitor before,I was rung back promptly by Helen who deals with personal injuries,as this is my first review to I just want to say she was absolutely brilliant,always kept me up to date by email or phone call and was always available when I needed information….case was settled 18 months later and very happy with the result so many thanks Helen and glp

I had a very positive experience with GLP Solicitors, especially Olivia Hartley, who handled my housing disrepair claim.

Olivia was professional, responsive, and really took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Even when things got technical, like the negotiation side of the claim, she broke it down clearly so I always knew what was going on.

There were moments where I felt frustrated due to delays with the repairs, and I’ll be honest, I did feel overwhelmed at times. But Olivia remained patient and supportive throughout. She always responded promptly and helped reassure me when I needed it.

Most importantly, she listened to me, followed my instructions, and worked hard to make sure the outcome was right for me. I’m very happy with how my claim was handled and the result we achieved.
I would definitely recommend GLP Solicitors, and especially Olivia Hartley, to anyone dealing with housing disrepair. She made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

As a first time buyer I had a really positive experience with GLP, I felt I was communicated with clearly and kept up to date throughout the process. When there were hiccups at various points (from other parties) Anna, Jennifer and Ruth were really proactive in helping us. All in all, a fantastic experience during one of the more stressful times in our lives!

Sought help with GLP solicitors in respect of a Settlement Agreement with my employer. Alexander was great, checked the agreement, highlighted implications to me of signing the agreement, liaised with my employer and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommended.

GPL Solicitors are excellent, professional and empathetic solicitors. We did not know them beforehand but we have been impressed by how professional they have been and responsive as well.
Our solicitor was Ruth Shaw, and she is outstanding in her job, as all her team is as well. They handled everything professionally and made possible for us to purchase our first home. We will call them again if we need them in the future and have also recommended them to friends and colleagues. It's wonderful to find professionals one can trust!

Recently sold and bought a house and used Martin Cohen for both.

Having read previous reviews for Martin, I'm quite surprised! I can see why people may find him quite abrupt and blunt, but he's very no nonsense and gets the job done! What more could you want when spending £100,000s!

I don't think I ever waited longer than an hour for a response from him if I had a query, that's got to be unheard of from a solicitor! We had an offer accepted in mid-October for our purchase and we were ready just before Christmas to exchange! Very efficient, very knowledgable & super responsive. Our estate agent also commented on his responsiveness compared to other solicitors.. would use again without a shadow or a doubt

The GLP solicitor gave a friendly and professional service, offering me sound advice on complicated matters.

Can not recommend. Lies exposed, solicitor personal injury was not acting in my favour was evident, following a violent Assault unprovoked unjustified by a man in his employment who deliberately broke my arm requiring surgery two days later and a plate inserted for life she told me my claim was worth £4,000. She failed to follow my instructions at all times.

Clearly other side exerted undue influence.

Time will tell. It all comes out in the wash at the end.
