I had an old email list so I used their "Verify emails before sending" option and sent an email to just 90 people on the list. All 90 emails went out (i.e. their "verifier" found no issues with the emails) but 30 of them bounced back. Prior to sending the email, I tested it with their spam solver and the email got into something like 13 out of 15 test inboxes. After sending the email, it now goes into 13 of 15 spam boxes. Long story short, their email verifier doesn't work and using GMass to send just 90 emails has changed my email reputation from good to spammer. On top of that, they won't give me a refund, although that's inconsequential compared to the damage done to my sender reputation.

This tool is f-in AWESOME.

Can be fiddly to set up, and there's lots to read up on, BUT it's 1,000,000% worth it. The HUGE plus here – unlike basically most digital tools I've ever used – is that literally EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION. (!) you might have about how to use one of its features is invariably ALWAYS answered in their support articles. And if not, their support team has been on hand to answer my Qs *fast* – and clearly.

I started using GMass back in 2011 when it was a spreadsheet, having found the tool when I was doing mass blogger outreach for a digital marketing agency doing content marketing for SEO clients... Now I use the much-developed version of GMass to market my creative festival event to a database of 2k subscribers, and to make sales.

I'd choose GMass any day over anything like Mailchimp, simply because I want to give my subscribers and customers a real personal feel, and obvs want to escape the spam filters. The personal touch GMass affords me aligns with my brand, and helps me build stronger connections with my peeps.

ALSO worth mentioning is that the ability to set multiple auto-follow ups with GMass (which can be triggered based on no-opens, no-clicks or a couple of other options) has meant my open rates have gone through the roof – 81% for my latest campaign (compared with 63% for the same database when I didn't bother with the auto follow-ups).

... This ability to garner AND prove high engagement is going to help me go out to event sponsors, which will have a huge direct impact on my business.

Great service. I had technical issues and after a quick reply with some solutions.

Unfortunately, we still couldn't get things working. I received a full refund and my subscription has been cancelled with no questions asked.

This company was recommended to me by a couple of business owners and now I know why. Even though it didn't work for me I still would recommend them based on their service alone.

I am disappointed with the Gmass service. Despite upgrading to their paid plan, I have been unable to send any emails. My attempts to contact Gmass Support have gone unanswered, which is frustrating. It is disheartening to invest money in a service that doesn't meet expectations, as it feels like a waste of resources.

Gmass service is absolute crap. After I took the paid service of Gmass, no mail was sent. Even after sending several mails in Gmass Support, there is no reply.Badass people take money and do not provide full service, your money will go down the drain

Truly one of the best email tools out there. Gmass integrates seamlessly with Gmail, you wouldn't even know that you're using a third-party software. In addition to its mass sending capabilities, it has a myriad of powerful tools that make it stand out from other platforms. For instance, prior to sending an email, you can have the address first verified to help reduce potential bounces. I would highly recommend it!

Had some good time! Their service seems cool, overwhelming but you can check some videos and understand how to use it with ease. I could use it in the future too, as it seems to be a great tool

I use GMass to check whether my email can go to a spam folder. It is very useful when you send important messages

I like this tool, but customer support can be improved. There are some issues like when you open sent items, it count as open in analytics.

Hope it will improve.

customer support tends to be slow, not responsive, not professional. I get a response avg 2-7 days later and 9 out of 10 emails/questions get no response.
you'd need to follow up and ask the same questions multiple times. some of the support agent doesnt seem to even read my message when answering questions, or maybe don't even understand english.
please improve your customer support!

Ho richiesto il rimborso, ma dicono di voler comunicare solo attraverso l'account che non posso usare perchè bloccato.

Powerful program, integrates with gmail very nicely, works with google sheets. Great customer support.
