Good product with great lead times. Customer service mixed at times but overall delivered to time

The winch isn't the greatest and gets tired up in the machine.

They is a weird sound coming from the right back wheel. Ford cant fit us in so RAC came out had a look and said it's fine.
But the noise is still there and is louder when turning to the left.

Otherwise the car is great.

Just need to get to the bottom of the noise which RAC say is fine.

Due to get my vehicle just before lock down but the guys kept me informed all the way,always apologising even though it wasn’t there fault that there was a virus! Even called when there wasn’t any thing really to report so I didn’t feel forgotten. And on delivery there was a lovely big bouquet of flowers to say sorry for the wait!! The vehicle is very well adapted too. Couldn’t praise them enough.

We needed a car to fit my new electric wheelchair. We were given excellent help. We were sent details of different cars and after choosing two, we were able to see and try the two cars. Excellent help. The car we now have is so comfortable and easy for me to get in and out of the car. My husband can now see out of the back window, the ramp is ideal height. The coloured windows give me privacy when I am taken I’ll at times. Thank you.

We could not of chosen a better company to go with .the whole team where great from start to finish on helping us get the perfect vehicle for us as a family and for our son who uses a wheelchair.going out as a family is so much easyier and such a joy we would highly recommend gm coach works to anyone in need of a motorbility vehicle

Polite and courteous carried out the inspection in the rain without complaint and fairly quick.

not impressed with the build quality very shoddy this is without doubt the worst vehicle i have ever had the misfortune to have in 20 years of driving i waited nearly 2 years for the vehicle i am still awaiting repair to a seat in the van, that was broken on delivery . the after sales service is non existent they never return phone calls but were very persistent in asking for the payment 4 emails in 3 days . if i had my way i would return this vehicle i would never recommend this place to anyone to say i am very disappointed is an understatement

Took 7 months to be built. Works but rattles a lot.

From the moment I contacted gm Coachworks regarding a wheelchair accessable vehicle for my grandson the whole experience was stress free and so simple. We had received a motobility grant towards the conversion and everything was explained as to how it worked and what we would receive with the conversion. We had a demo car brought to the house for us to look at and make sure it met my grandsons and our needs and once we were happy with everything the car was ordered and converted. We received the car 1 month ago and the difference it has made is huge, no more having to carry him in and out of cars. I cannot thank everyone at gm Coachworks for all their assistance especially Charlie Collins who walked me through the whole process

Always kept in touch letting us know what was happening with our car time scale and sorting any problems we had..

I was telephoned towards the end of lockdown to try and arrange delivery of my vehicle I don’t remember the name of the lady I spoke to but she went way beyond her duty to assist me with delivery as did the gentleman who did the delivery he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful he also cleaned the inside of the vehicle before handing it over I have to say absolutely first class service throughout

Waiting and waiting for different straps to secure daughters wheelchair, have been waiting a year! Have emailed and left messages with little or no response. Customer service is shocking!
