Brilliant service, went above and beyond when I had a problem and resolved it straight away. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Booked in the morning collected scooter from the train station next to Disney in the afternoon, used code to unlock scooter and return it later, excellent service, I’d recommend a larger scooter, I had the smaller boot type, battery just lasted, we parked at the station on third day, was half the price of Disney!

Ordered a ex demo mobility scooter last Thursday. Booked for delivery this Tuesday. The scooter was delivered at 8.30 am. The driver took the scooter off the pallet and placed in garage. In the afternoon I took a 7.5 kilometre ride around my local lake .

Joel from GMS Mobility was extremely helpful with information about the scooter and organising delivery when I wanted.

I contacts GMS early afternoon and before the day was out I had a price from them that I was happy with. They agreed and day for their courier to collect the scooter and as soon as they had the scooter back they sent the money directly to my bank account. This was a swift and easy transaction and as it should be. When I was getting prices from other suppliers most did not even get back to me - the customer service from GMS was second to none.

I had a Corvus Rapide scooter which was much too heavy for me to use, because I have severe arthritis, so I searched for dealers who would accept my scooter in part exchange, and eventually found Joel at GMS. It proved to be my lucky day and I can only say Joel could not have been more helpful, especially when he advised me that the one I originally decided I liked would be heavier for me to use, and he recommended one which would be more suitable. I took his advice and we quickly agreed a deal when I chose a folding scooter I liked. The deal was agreed on the Monday and I received my new scooter on the Wednesday - what amazing service, who could wish for better. I am so pleased with this scooter, which is excellent. My message to anyone thinking of buying a scooter I totally recommend GMS and Joel, because you will be treated like an old friend rather than just a customer, and you will not regret your decision, don't hesitate, there is such a huge range available at GMS.

I am 97years of age and live in Hull. I have been looking for an ex display ZR1 power chair and after contacting GMS mobility I spoke to Joel Green, he was so helpful and told me that they were expecting one within the next two days which he thought would be suitable for me. I have now purchased this power chair,it was delivered within two days and it is in immaculate condition. Thank you so much Joel.

Joel was very helpful and it was super easy to purchase scooter. Also delivery was free and in my case same day as delivery driver was coming to my area later that day. I would definitely recommend GMS Mobility.

Needed to sell my late father's mobility scooter. After researching online, I found GMS Mobility, along with their positive reviews. I can confidently say that they live up to the other reviews left here. Excellent service, prompt at responding and a fair price offered. The scooter was collected on Tuesday after GMS organised a courier to collect it and payment was transferred to my account early Thursday afternoon once the scooter had arrived at their warehouse.

They couldn't have been more helpful,
I wanted to part exchange my husbands mobility scooter which was also bought from GMS .
I week before this transaction I had spoken to Joel who had explained how we go about this exchange, so when my husband, by the way has dementia.
I called Joel at GMS on Tuesday 2nd we took pictures of scratches and sent them off the same afternoon so they could quote us a part exchange figure.
All was agreed and by 3pm the next day my husband had his scooter.i could not recommend GMS more.

The help given after the initial purchase is second to none. I had what I thought was an issue with charging my powerchair and the help I received was fantastic even to the point of checking with me at 9.45pm it turned out there wasn't a problem I just wasn't putting it on charge correctly which we discovered through trial and error via their online chat, which meant my powerchair was back up and running in no time. Gms are truly one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Fantastic service, I ordered a scooter on a Sunday and I received the scooter by 9.30am on Tuesday, faster than prime lol, I have had a great time with my scooter and it has opened my world. I recently purchased a mobility scooter from them.
The Order was confirmed and I received a delivery date within a couple of hours.
The delivery was 3 days later by great carriers who put it exactly where I wanted it.
I had a query and was able telephone them and got great advice and help from Sam

Avoid them like the plague.

I have credit card dispute ongoing with them as they are totally disregarding my Consumer Rights Act entitlement t9 a refund because they sent me the totally wrong product and are trying to drag out my refund.

Stick with GMS

The whole purchase process of a mobility scooter for my husband was a smooth and professional experience and deserves five stars. But sadly my husband died before he had the opportunity to use the scooter and GMS dealt with the situation generously and with empathy, solving a huge problem for us at a time of overwhelming grief. From our experience I would recommend GMS very highly and wish them every future success. Customer service at its best! Thank you.

From start to finish the whole process of getting my new powerchair was fantastic with easy ordering to very quick delivery. Then the aftersales experience was second to none, Joel was extremely helpful when I had a very minor issue which had nothing to do with the company, but he went above and beyond to help me. I would thoroughly recommend GMS to anyone.
