GMS were professional from the outset. I part exchanged my Grey Kymco Maxi XLS for a lovely Red example. Jeremy delivered the red Kymco in person the next day but unfortunately, I sensed later that there may be a slight vibration coming from the front steering through to the tiller. After discussion with Jeremy and with no fuss, he agreed to collect the scooter the following morning and I asked if I could view an ex demo CareCo Enzo 8 scooter. He arrived promptly the next day with an immaculate bronze Enzo8. We agreed a fair price given the upgrade and I am now the proud owner of a lovely mobility scooter some £500 below a new showroom price.
I cannot praise this company enough. No hard selling, excellent communication and a willingness to solve any issues. Jeremy was a true gentleman and nothing was too much trouble. Congratulations to all staff at GMS.

Very quick service and super fast, free delivery. Ordered on Sunday evening, arrived on Tuesday morning by pallet delivery. Powerchair is in excellent condition as described on the website. Very neat and nimble machine. Very happy with it. So far so good. Thanks to Joel for his speedy email replies too.

Yesterday I received a very good Mobility, scooter from GMS Mobility, I did moan and gave them two stars as the machine was a little dirty however today I am giving GMS a five star review because of their professionalism and aftermarket customer care, the manager took time out of his day to phone me and to apologise and explained what had happened. I will happily do more business with GMS.i will be taking down the two star review if I can, thankyou to GMS Mobilty for taking the time to talk with me and I am really happy with your after sale’s customer care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a Sterling Sapphire 2 2nd hand from GMS. It was delivered within 48 hours, complete with charger, handbook and guarantee.
Unfortunately the scooter developed an electrical malfunction. I telephoned GMS for advice, and they couldn't do enough to help. The scooter was collected next day, and within 72 hours had been fixed and was on its way back to me.
Absolutely delighted with the standard of service, old fashioned courtesy and efficiency of this firm.
Highly recommend.

Very straightforward and smooth transaction to sell our Electric Mobility Scooter. It only took 2 days from contact /collection to receiving the agreed amount with no hassle. Excellent company. Very courteous collection drivers who updated me with collection times due to heavy traffic several times.

I had had some frustrating experiences trying to sell my late husband’s mobility scooter. I was recommended to GMS and was delighted with their response. I filled in the online form and received a speedy response. A selling price was agreed and the scooter was picked up the next day, payment made the following day. I was kept informed at all times, Georgina was friendly and super efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone. Five star service!!

Full marks for this company not only friendly and helpful but totally efficient as well. I wanted to part exchange my scooter for one that I saw on their website and I was very apprehensive about it. But I shouldn't have worried it was so easy and straightforward new scooter delivered today exactly on time as planned. I will not hesitate in purchasing from them in the future.

Such an easy process to sell my mobility scooter, from getting a quote, arranging a courier to pick it up and getting paid was all sorted within in a week. GMS Mobility proving to be a very professional and easy company to deal with.

I traded in my 4mph scooter for a used approved careco daytona and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The customer care was fantastic especially Jeremy and Joel. They're both friendly and knowledgeable about their products and I will definitely be using GMS again in the future. Thank you guys you were superb. 10/10.

They were superb from start to finish . They did exactly as promised and the amount of email response to my questions was incredible. The product arrived on time and was very well packed. I had asked if an exchange was possible and the efoldi scooter was collected also on time with minimum fuss. Also refund was as promised in my account on time as agreed. Well what can I say,I contacted them on Monday and by Thursday everything was sorted. It is not very often that i feel like writing a review but the service i received from GMS deserved recognition.I rang Monday morning at nine thirty had a chat with JOEL ,ordered a micromus it was delivered next day by ten am,This was my second purchase from GMS ,The first being a careco Daytona ,both have been in superb condition .So if you are doubtful about dealing with GMS please dont be ,i am sure you will be pleased.
