arrived about 11am, nice driver, took awhile to unpack and there lo and behold was a wonderfully clean and bright vogue scooter. i had to look very hard to see if you had made a mistake and sent me a brand new one, dropped my battery box in the hole and away we went. thank you for being so helpful and understanding to this cantankerous old fart.
of course you have given me more work as i now have to make something from the plywood topped pallet it came on!!!

I’ve been dealing with Joel, who from the outset has been most helpful and informative on the purchase of my adventurer X8 mobility scooter. Has returned any queries promptly. Very pleased with my purchase!

Excellent, amazing company. Unfortunately I had to cancel the mobility scooter before delivery. I cancelled it on Saturday/Sunday and I got the refund on Monday morning, amazing service. Thanks Georgina, well done. I will certainly use you again whenever I can.

GMS offer a prompt efficient service and their communications are first rate. The used mobility scooter market is clearly a buyers' market and prices are low but GMS make the process of selling simple and straightforward. I would happily recommend them.

We needed to dispose a mobility scooter and we were pleased to find a company that would take the scooter and pay us for it. This will enable it to be sold to someone who needs it which is what we wanted. It is awful to consider scrapping something that is in mint condition. The communication with GMS (Georgina) was nothing short of excellent with very prompt replies to all emails. The scooter was picked up very efficiently as well.

Great service. Unfortunately due to a bereavement I had a mobility scooter to sell. GMS offered a fair price and arranged a courier to pick it up at no additional cost to me. Payment made quickly and efficiently. Georgina was pleasant and friendly throughout.

To say excellent service is putting it mildly. My husband
had a few issues with the charger the green light didn’t
Show up when fully charged. He phoned a few times they always were so helpful, and were not happy until he was they picked the scooter up put on new batteries which we didn’t expect and delivered it back and gave him a new charger. Absolutely brilliant would highly recommend.them.

GMS purchased my late father's mobility scooter, throughout the process communication was excellent and the designated courier picked up the scooter when advised. Payment was received promptly following their inspection

The firm used by GMS for delivering there mobility scooters are 1st class, twice i have had the pleasure of using there service, the delivery drivers went above there delivery rules. Being disabled this was a god send to me. Full marks & keep up the good work.

We have just sold a Quingo Ultra Mobility Scooter, which my wife hardly used due to her disability, naturally we did not get as much as we would have prefered, but knowing the market we accepted GSM Mobilities offer, from that point on they managed the whole process and collected the scooter quickly, and the following day the money was deposited in our bank, this is such a refreshing change from what normally occurs in these types of transactions, excellant service GSM!

Ordered my Dad’s scooter from here. Joel was incredibly helpful finding the right model he needed. Customer service is very good communicative and supportive. They are across deliveries and will make sure you receive the scooter built and ready to go!

The mobility scooter supplied by the company was immaculate. The free delivery was also very , very good. All round satisfaction.

I contacted them regarding purchase of a powerchair having spent weeks testing various mobility scooters looking for one very lightweight to put into the car.
Even the lightest of scooters were pretty heavy for me and then I found the Zora iConnect powerchair on GMS’s website almost new.
I spoke to Jeremy Wicks there, placed my order in early afternoon and as promised it arrived for me about midday next day.
It’s absolutely wonderful and the help and service I received was the “icing on the cake “.
I would recommend them and this product without hesitation.

Found this company through Facebook and originally last year sold them my pavement scooter. They were very efficient and all went well.
I came back to them to replace my old well travelled boot scooter with an upgraded model. As I had several requirements including knowing it would fit in my car with the hoist, we drove from London to Colchester to be greeted by Joel (not John!), who I'd chatted with on the phone previously. He had selected a coupe of scooters to look at but these did not suit so between himself, Jeremy and Dean, they searched their stock and came up with the best comfortable ex demo scooter for me. They checked it would go in the car, adjusted the seat height, transferred the hoist bracket and I drove away a very happy lady.
The guys were great, fun, helpful, no pressure and went above and beyond for me. Even with the Arsenal and Spurs banter. :)
It was definitely a worthwhile day out and I would fully recommend GMS Mobility for excellent preloved and ex demo scooters. When airlines change their rules on lithium batteries, I'll be back for the next upgrade. Many thanks. Anne & Derek

Terrific service.
Re-sold my Aunt's mobility scooter to them. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Within 24 hrs of initial contact, and offer being accepted, scooter was picked up and on its way to their warehouse. Few days later money was in my account.
Georgina from GMS was great to deal with and I was kept informed throughout. Can't rate highly enough.
