Opened up a credit card with them wish I never had. They never gave me any credit now I owe them over $300 for a credit card. They never gave me credit on so make that make sense. They are robbing people and destroying people’s credit. Please go to a real credit card company if you’re looking to get a credit card, don’t even use them to build your credit. You will regret it.

Horrible rude customer service. They don't help just very rude. The first time I got a problem.

I have had this bank for awhile was good to start out with. then idk was getting my check 2 days early for months. I set my bills up around that. then I started not getting paid 2 days early sometimes it was next day others it was Friday. my hr lady I talked to cuz they said it wasn't them. do when I talked to my hr lady at work she says she's been doing it same day same time every week for 25 years. then I had faud charges on my account.. I told the customer service dude not to shut my card off cuz the charges weren't on that card but it was shut off anyway. at the same time I had to get my driver's license renewed. so not only did I not to have access to my money which I just received. I was 40 miles from my house with my wife and 2 year old son with no food or water and no money I had money just couldn't access it. I called go 2 bank several times, cuz I no pnc has an actually bank you can go to ... but they have a way if you don't have your card you can to the app generate a code without your debit card and still get money out of ATM. not to mention... a was chatting with an agent and they agent said we don't honor transactions from the netherlands and guess what they ended the chat. I also was in the phone with them about year ago had to call 7 times because for some reason I kept getting hung up on cuz I guess they didn't like what I had to say. cuz I own a Saab and getting parts is not always ready since they not made anymore.

The "Hidden" Cost of Banking

They are absolute rip-offs when it comes to fees. It feels like their entire business model is designed to nickel-and-diming you until there’s nothing left. They make it incredibly difficult to access your own funds, seemingly trying to keep as much of your money in their pockets as possible.
Incompetent Customer Support

The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. There is a massive communication barrier that makes resolving even simple issues impossible.

The "Infinite Hold": Agents will frequently put you on hold and simply never return to the line.

Lack of Resolution: You’ll spend hours explaining a problem only to be met with scripts and zero actual help.

Bottom Line: This isn't a bank; it's a trap. If you value your sanity and your savings, stay far away. There are plenty of reputable banks out there—don't make the mistake of choosing this one.

Do not use the Go2bank card because if someone overcharges you, double charge you or you don't get the service and you have a dispute they will automatically deny it if you use that service before. My experience was I have used a particular service over 50 times but I had one dispute that I did not authorize so Go2bank denied my claim even after me explaining to the young lady what happened and I didn't authorize that charge nor nor did I receive the goods. That would definitely steal your money.

PLEASE! I am begging you PLEASE do NOT sign up for GO2BANK, they are a COMPLETE SCAM! They STOLE money from ME, MY MOM and AUNT! They will NOT refund your money!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FOREIGNERS THAT DOESNT SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH. There background sounds like they are ALWAYS outside! DO NOT DO IT! IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU’VE EVER MADE! I got so much I can say! STAY AWAYYYYY!! They have it where you can add your debit card on file from another bank and transfer money and they steal the money off your debit card.

These folks are liars and thieves. They lied about sending my card, lied about expediting it (charged me a fee and then gave me a fake tracking number), lied about it numerous times. Someone needs to consider shutting this place down.

Go to bank has to be one of the worst online banks ever I made a purchase from Amazon go to bank is disputing the transaction now I am locked out of my Amazon account due to this nonsense go to Banks answer for everything is to send you a new card instead of dealing and fixing the situation

Don't use Go2, they have hidden fees that will add up, and if you call and question them, they will just hang up.

if you want your money stuck on a card this is your go 2 hence the name! not being able to transfer money out is unreal! i would have been livid if i would have put my tax return on this worthless crap

This bank does not confirm personal information nor does it request personal information to assist victims of fraud.
Someone opened an account under my personal information: a paid for email address, SSN, Birthdate, home address different phone number. I was alerted to this and I immediately closed the account permanently for fraud. But they would not provide me with any of "My Account" information. Since I didnt open it, I did not receive the account number. I wanted o know if it matched the account that my hacked Coinbase money was going to. So $20,000 went to Go2bank but I could not confirm this account even though it was closed. So GO2bank basically received stolen money and did not care.

Once again my account is blocked due to suspicious activity. The suspicious activity: Purchasing gift cards offered to me via e-mail BY go2bank.com. Thats it...I simply purchased several gift cards for various retailers through the Go2Bank app and viola! Account BLOCKED...AGAIN!!!
As instructed by the app and an e-mail I contacted customer service...what a JOKE! They told me to submit required proof of identity to which I agreed and asked them HOW to do that...use the link in the e-mail we sent...there was and is no link and after three days I am no closer to resolving this idiotic event that has my funds in go2bank.com held hostage!!!

If it was possible to leave a minus star review. They would have minus five stars in my opinion. I didn't have access to my bank account using the app or the website for nearly 3 weeks and out of all the phone calls I made and people I talked to and disconnections I had to go through. Nobody could tell me what the issue was. At the end of the day I ended up adding my go-to card onto a brand new account to transfer the funds and was able to do so. I am most definitely closing this account but I first have to make sure my direct deposit goes into another account before I do so. This was the worst account I've ever had in my life. Customer service was not helpful ever. And after all the trouble I had went through, they still charged me a $5 maintenance fee and refused to give it back to me even though I was not able to have access to my account for nearly a month. They can keep their $5 cuz at this point I would pay them just to not have anything to do with them. I do not recommend using this account.

DO NOT USE , they give you overdraft protection and then charge you $15 for every purchase and take it out your protection

IM SO MAD I USED THIS BANK MAN I HAD GOT A ADVANCE ON MY TAXES AND THEY SENT IT TO GO2BANK AND GO2BANK SAYING THEY REJECTED AND SENT IT BACK ALREADY....BUT MY TAX BANK DON'T HAVE ANYTHING I FEEL LIKE THEY A SCAM IM UPSET WITH MY SITUATION THIS YEAR I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE SO DID ANYBODY EVA GET THEY MONEY BACK FRM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrible, I'm not writing this in anger or because of anything they personally did to me. This is just flat out by far the worst banking app I've ever experienced. Trust a real review that is actually honest, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I just came across a person impersonating as our vendor, asked us to change a genuine vendor's bank account detail. We requested for void check and even a void check was provided. The bank was Go2bank. after a couple of days when our supplier called us, we found that the vendor did not receive the funds and the vendor said they never ask us to change the bank account number. We find that the fraudsters are using Go2bank to direct the funds and withdraw the month from this bank. In the last 6 months I have come across multiple invoices from various company names (all fraud names) asking us to pay the bill into Go2bank. There is no doubt that a bunch of fraudsters have accounts in Go2bank.

used freetaxusa to do my taxes like i do every year. this time it offered go2bank for 5 days early deposit and sent me a link to make an account but the link doesn't work. when i tried going to call them the first man i talked to told me the links are lies and not to trust them. then he told me i just needed my email and name to access the account. the email is in use so i cant 'make' an account and the forgot password side asks for a card number which i don't have. told the man and he gave me a phone number to 'escalate' the situation and hung up. the number was for card activation which i told him i don't have. next call man asks for my card number 4 times and every time i say i don't have a card. this one just hangs up. third time i asked for a supervisor. the 'supervisor' listens and does a similar thing then hangs up when i repeat i don't have a card. now i don't know what's happening with my tax refund and i have a bank account where the bank can charge me and i don't have any idea or say. not to mention every person talked to had a middle eastern accent which gives me the feeling this is a scam bank that only uses foreign call centers to scam people. now if freetax does not fix this i am going to never use them and hope there is some way to report them for indulging in this.

I wish I read the reviews before I opening an account. They charge you extra for overdraft fees and give you your same money back. SCAMMERS
