Buena Park, CA location is a joke. Poorly ran by unprofessional "managers" and "leads". Theres alot of favoritism and micro management. People that works here thinks that they have a "career" are delusional. They dont care about their employees and they dont care about quality only quantity. This place is failing because of the inexperienced managers and "leads". They need to learn how to lead by examples.

The two gentleman that delivered my dining table were very personable and professional. Thanks!

I had a great experience with GoBolt! I appreciate that the delivery was within my specified time frame and I was also able to track when the delivery drivers would be here. Juan and Sneider were very professional, helpful, and delivered our bed frame quickly. Thank you both!

Communication on day of delivery was clear & accurate. Easy to follow when truck was arriving. Furniture was carefully moved in, no damage. Set up with efficient and they checked on where I wanted furniture to be placed. No packaging was left behind.

Delivery driver never attempted to make my delivery. I received the tracking alert go to my apartment lobby seeing driver make his way to me, then get another alert saying attempt failed unable to access. My lobby has all clear glass nobody ever came up to the entrance door. I emailed customer service said they investigated it and driver tried to deliver until I told them I witnessed the whole thing then they said oh sorry. Straight lied to me.Then said we’ll delivery it tomorrow. 3 days later they finally attempted again this time driver use the call box and I open the entry door, but instead of leaving the package at my door he leaves it in the mailroom on a counter that clearly marked Do Not Leave Packages On Counter. When I get home see no package then check the delivery pic and see it’s sitting on a counter I go down to the mailroom and there’s nothing there. I proceeded to take a pic of the signs in the mailroom and send them back to customer service telling them what happened. They take full responsibility on the mistake of not delivering to my door but that doesn’t help me. Now all I can do is get a refund from the merchant and purchase it again but now the item price has increased, and all I get is a bunch of oh sorry from them. For their shitty delivery service and incompetent drivers I got screwed and lost money. If they are the delivery service for a purchase you’re making choose someone else. Don’t waste time trusting them to do anything right especially if they mess up you’ll get the same response they kept giving me “sorry for the inconvenience”. Stick to the names you know for your deliveries, stay away from GoBolt terrible service all the way around!!

They give no updates or reasonable delivery window, with only a 25 minute heads up text message. If you miss it, well guess you can reschedule for another week out and rearranged your work schedule again.

Exceptional communication with delivery updates via text and email. Delivered directly to my apartment door (and not to the mailroom, lobby, or outside of building where package theft occurs at times). Lastly I didn't have to haul the weighted package from the aforementioned areas to the 3rd floor. Overall, they handled my package and me as a customer with great care. I appreciate greatly the delivery person as they went above and beyond with the service they provided. Thank you deeply!

They sent several updates about the arrival time and arrived in the original time window. Friendly and quick.

I was able to add on instructions after my package was marked out for delivery.
The delivery driver was able to get in with the code I provided. I gave this person the option to leave my package in the mail room, BUT they brought my package up to the third floor and left it at my door. Thank you!

GoBolt sucks as a company!!! I have had issues with multiple orders being unsuccessful deliveries, I do not live in a gated community or apartment I LIVE ON A MAIN STREET IN A HOUSE!!! It’s very hard to miss. I strongly dislike this company. 0/10
