Very convenient online scheduling, prompt delivery with notifications and tracking ability. I am very happy with my delivery service of my couch!🚚

Courier was friendly and respectful of the package (didn't toss it in the dirt in front of the house like UPS driver did!). Thank you for the prompt and friendly service!

The tracking updates are extremely interactive. Email updates extremely interactive. GoBolt’s Gap is the human aspect.
My package was expected to be delivered to my door.

It was thrown next to the front office of my complex. There wasn’t even effort to take it to the mail area.

I have to apologize, last night I submitted a review saying the package was not delivered but today a relative found it out front. I would've wished the confirmation picture to be a bit of a wider shot, but I do thank your team for going above and beyond with the package.

Package has been “out for delivery” twice for the past 2 days and I have yet to receive it. The first day it never moved from the location it left the warehouse at but then randomly at 2am delivery was unsuccessful and they would reschedule. I left information stating that my apartment lobby closes at a specific time to call me so I can grab my package from them and the next day it went “out for delivery” again and stayed in the same area near Fullerton and no deliver was attempted then either.

Thank you for following my instructions and delivering it to my door. Very much appreciated!!!

Ordered through TikTok shop. Made 1 delivery attempt and didn't attempt to get into building. Tracking is not updated, they don't make a 2nd attempt or give you any instructions. Further it is impossible to contact anyone there.
I ended up cancelling my first order through TikTok and then ordering again for the same outcome.
Would recommend ordering through amazon or anywhere else to avoid this carrier.

I specifically commented to leave package at my door step when I received a notification of shipment by gobolt and it was left outside my gate atop the mailbox... Which anyone could pass by and grab easily.

Received a text before they reached my place, followed by a call from the delivery team. Both movers were polite, professional and quick. A great first experience with Castlery and GoBolt!
