GoCarpathian has been a great resource to us! We started off with some recruiters who were missing the mark but leadership swiftly stepped in and we were re-assigned a superstar recruiter, Juan A, who did a fabulous job representing our organization. The GoCarpathian team was very patient with us, and presented us with some really great candidates. They are all high communicative and helpful. We have just hired for our first role and look forward to other opportunities down the road as our business grows.

I had a positive experience with Go Carpathian overall. They helped me find some strong candidates, and a couple of hires we made through them have worked out well. The platform made it easy to connect with relevant talent, and the quality of applications we received was good.

Go Carpathian was exactly what we needed! Very responsive and detail oriented.
