Dan sold us the idea of this group cruise and we had such a lovely time. He had listened and replicated our recent trip with Princess so the room and dining were perfect. We really enjoyed the group cruise activities and being part of the Group Cruise.

We booked YouTube creators Paul & Carole Love to Travel’s group cruise on Princess Cruise Line through Dan, and the entire experience from inquiry, booking and support throughout the cruise itself was wonderful. We are from outside the UK in the states, and had to use Dan and GoCruise & Travel due to cruise line booking requirements, but Dan was there for us to walk us through the process. He was very accessible, friendly and super responsive to any questions that we had, even obviously outside UK working hours, which was greatly appreciated on a couple of time sensitive inquiries! We normally would not use a foreign travel agent, but I would have no hesitation in using Dan or GoCruise & Travel again in the future for any other group activities.

My wife and I had never been on a cruise before, as we were not sure if we would like the experience. We spoke with Dan about our requirements and preferences, then booked a week cruise to Norway and Denmark. Dan’s knowledge, experience and advice is phenomenal, which helped us tailor a cruise that met those requirements.

We loved the cruise, which exceeded our expectations. A friend of ours did their first cruise, without speaking to a specialist like Dan and did not enjoy the cruise at all. I would like to thank Dan for his excellent service (nothing was too much trouble, always answering our many questions quickly and accurately). Without Dan’s help and knowledge, im sure we would not have had such a great experience. We will 100% be going on another cruise soon and will be using Dan to facilitate it.

Dan is hands down the best travel agent we have ever used. He is knowledgeable, responsive to queries and has helped us plan two very memorable stay/cruise holidays. Would not book with anyone else now.

It was our first cruise of any sort so we were a bit concerned about getting the right one for us.
After discussion with Dan we opted for an Avalon river cruise at Easter, which turned out to be really successful in terms of accommodation, service and activities. Flights and transfers were also arranged for us and very smooth.
Throughout the process, Dan and Go Travel’s admin was faultless.

Celebrity Beyond Ultimate Southern Caribbean 28th March 2025.
This was our second cruise booked through GoCruise and Travel, our first being the Med last September which was excellent so were expecting the same sort of experience this time. Our flights to Miami were well timed and very enjoyable. On arrival at Miami we had to phone the arranged pick-up as there was no-one at the arrivals area waiting on us. Once they were contacted they advised us where to meet the driver as they were not allowed to sit at the airport pick up area to wait for us. Probably the only hiccup with the whole cruise. The hotel, Marriott Harbour Beach Fort Lauderdale, was very nice but a good bit out of the centre. However, the Water Taxi station was only a five minute walk away and enabled us to get about Fort Lauderdale very easily. At $33 each for a full day pass this was excellent value. We arranged our transportation to the port which was very easy through the Uber app and very economical. The embarkation process was excellent and we were on the ship within 10 minutes of leaving the taxi. The whole cruise experience was what we have come to expect from Celebrity and the only real issue we had was a loud banging noise on the bulkhead wall dividing the two staterooms. This was reported to our Retreat Concierge, Czarina, who immediately arranged for our butler and the maintenance manager to visit us and discuss the problem. I still don't know what they did to resolve the issue but after that there was no noise whatsoever. So hat's off to the Retreat amd maintenance staff for that. As stated Celebrity delivered an excellent cruise and we will definitely cruise with them again and use Dan for our future bookings.

The Indochine II was in my opinion the most elegant ship on the river. The food was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional.

Home from a fabulous cruise on Queen Victoria arranged by the fabulous Dan at Go Cruise and Travel. Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

We have just returned from our Cunard Canaries Cruise booked through Dan. We all had a wonderful time that was without doubt enhanced by the advice given by Dan about what cabin grade to select given our current needs and the attention to detail taken by Dan and his team to make sure everything was in-place and correct before embarked.
The cruise was to celebrate a Birthday and we can not thank enough Dan and his team for the helping us with the voyage planning, taking care of the booking for us and making the experience special; it was a seamlessly easy process from start to finish.
We cannot recommend them highly enough and have another cruise ( or two ) already booked with them

Used Dan to book this cruise as he was recommended by Paul and Carol love to travel and the response time was brilliant even though he was onboard a cruise at the time. We have also booked another cruise through Dan for next spring as everything was seemless. I had been booking direct with cruise lines etc as a previous agent let me down and so glad I got to hear about Dan.

We have dealt with a few travel agents over the years but no one as responsive as Dad. Massive thanks to Dan for being so prompt and efficient. He organised a bucket list land and cruise trip for us and everything that he had control over worked perfectly. We will happily book with Dan again and highly recommend him.

Have used Dan on a number of cruise bookings, found him extremely efficient & helpful. Fantastic to deal with a ‘real person’ & not just an electronic booking system. Comes into his own on building multi stop trips and would highly recommend him.

What a fantastic cruise - Celebrity Ascent round the Mediterranean. Dan was exceptionally helpful and just couldn’t do enough for us. From start to finish and even after we’d got home, his attention to detail and supporting all my (sometimes silly) questions was better than we could have hoped for. His knowledge of cruising and the cruise companies was just what we needed to help make our decision. And Dan was also a great sounding board when things cropped up we didn’t understand. Can’t praise him and GoCruise enough - will definitely book with them again!
