The item was delivered in a very short timescale and was as advertised and good quality.

I have now received my items and they are excellent, I will be buying gifts from these guys again.

Ordered a case on the 15th August, I paid the extra for premium delivery and a "guaranteed" delivery date of 20th August. No case. No answer. The only contact you can make is via there website and then you get back a generic reply saying everything is great and your delivery is on the way. It's not great, and I want my delivery cost refunded at the very least as your premium delivery is a lie. If I check the tracking number it tells me the same thing everyday that GLS has not received my order. Because you don't offer a communication service with real people this is impossible to resolve. I would not recommend or use this company again.

Je commandais fréquemment avant et il n'y a aucun problème.
Fin de l'année dernière j'ai reçu une coque et l'image été clairement décalé. J'ai envoyé la photo au service client, sans demander un avantage, car ce n'était pas non plus si grave et qu'une erreur est possible.
Par contre, je recommande cette année encore, et la, une qualité des plus médiocre, que ce soit l'image ou la coque en elle-même. Inadmissible !! J'ai contacté le service client aucun retour ! J'ai écrit un premier Avis = on m'annonce qu'on me le bloque 30 jours (dans l'espoir que nous oublions bien sur) et je dois en écrire un second. mais n'ayant toujours pas eu de retour, comment changé d'avis ??? Je propose toujours de renvoyé la coque que je n'utiliserai pas et j'insite pour avoir mon remboursement !

The case it's really nice... BUT the shopping was awful. The guaranteed date of delivery was 6/08 bit the parcel cane today 11/08. I'm very disapponted of that because i've payed the express delivery and they havent respected the guaranteed date of delivery

Easy to order, quick service

Fabulous company to get a phone cover from. Excellent service. Easy to make up design, place order and quick delivery. Have used for last three years, using photos of my grandchildren and have kept them - it’s lovely seeing how they’ve grown. Definitely recommend using GoCustomized!

Dopo aver acquistato la cover con annessa spedizione espressa, mi sono trovato con il mio ordine bloccato in magazzino GLS per indirizzo incompleto. Dopo venti giorni e almeno una cinquantina di solleciti ho contattato PayPal per aprire un reclamo. Morale della favola, rimborso totale e ciao ciao cover!!!! Pessimo servizio!!!! NON ACQUISTERÒ MAI PIÙ!!!!

The phone case I ordered is superb! The print is as sharp as the image I uploaded and the colour is exactly the same. I will be buying my cases for every one of my phones from these guys from now on. ♡ we did have a concern with delivery delays what with the pandemic, it was not their fault yet they still stepped up and handled it appropriately. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

The artwork i choose was a painting by a friend of mine, So it is a one off original.The colours on the case were perfect.

My wife and I recently ordered a case each for the first time. Very impressed, excellent quality and clear picture on both.

I ordered a new phone case for my Grandma for her 90th birthday as we can’t see her right now due to lockdown. Service was fine until she recieved her order which happened to have a geoup of strangers on the photos on the cover i had designed. Obviously they had sent the wrong order. It’s rather upsetring as it was supposed to be a special gift for her birthday and not being able to see her would have meant the world.

I wrote to them via the contact box on the site but they have just sant me an automated email saying they will issue me with a refund. Nothing else!

Oh this line at the end is questionable - “ Please double check the quality of your image/design and make sure sure you select the correct case (size, colour, type). We will do the rest!” well they certainly didn’t!

uploaded my own design for a hard case phone cover, came fairly swiftly considering the current situation during covid19. So happy with service and quality of the product 😁.

Great customer service when I screwed up my order. They sorted things out without any problems.

Couldn’t rate them enough the customer service was beyond fantastic I stupidly made a mistake with a customised order and they gave me a voucher for the same amount to replace it even tho it was my fault!
