Article non reçu. Commande le 14 novembre 2020 et depuis plus rien.
Service client inexistant a part pour dire qu’il faut patienter.

En complément suite à la réponse, j’ai répondu à deux nombreuses reprises vous demandant le remboursement et rien aucune réponse ensuite.

I ordered 2 personalised phone cases as gifts. They are perfect. Brilliant picture quality. Easy to order and fast delivery. My daughter and my friend will love them. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

The picture quality is fine but the case its self my phone wiggles abit in it doesnt fit as snug as id want.

I purchased a personalised ipad cover, however there is no back to the product, and no where to buy the back, this was misleading, worst still I found the company impossible to get hold of, it was very expensive and seems bizarre that they sell ipad covers without the back. I have tried on Amazon to buy the back, but had to buy a complete new one and will have to hopefully dismantle it and add the customised cover to the new one

This is the 3rd personalised case I have purchased - very happy with the final product. Only negative - I ordered the item on the 14th Nov and was advised that the order would be dispatched 8th Dec for delivery around the 10th if I opted for faster shipping costs, otherwise the item would be delivered just before Christmas. I decided to pay the extra for delivery - I received the item a week later! I would have paid the lesser delivery cost had I known it would have been dispatched earlier, not as stated - slightly misleading.

I ordered a wallet type cover for my phone & when it arrived there was a small opening in the case to allow
This really spoiled the look of the photo of my son which I had on the cover. I wrote back to explain & was immediately issued an apology & a full credit to order another case which I now have & am extremely pleased with. Several people have commented on my phone case. I highly recommend this company & will certainly use them again myself.

What arrived was not my proof design, I specifically wanted a transparent background but my design had an outer layer, which wasn't in the proof, and didn't look good. other than that, the website, service is good.

Ordered a customised iPad cover.
I won't be using it, and due to their 'No Return of Customised Items' policy it will go straight in the waste bin. I would send them an email, but all their emails come from 'no-reply@...'
The colour reproduction is dull. Not ideal but could live with that.
More important; the magnets they use on the spine to attach to the iPad are weak. The cover falls off if I try to use it as a folding iPad stand (which is what it is designed for after all). Wouldn't trust this thing to stay on and protect my iPad. All in all a good idea, but cheaply executed.

I am so pleased with my wallet phone case. I love the fact that I can use photos that mean such a lot to me.

Very easy service to use and customise. When i had a problem, the staff was very friendly and quick to respond and sort out.
