Purchased the personalised phone wallet for my wife as an Christmas present and she was absolutely delighted, The printing quality was excellent and easy to design on the website, Delivery was prompt and prices were reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Had a phone case made for my dad with all the grandchildren on. He loved it! Great quality, perfect placement of the picture and fast delivery. Amazing first purchase!

I purchased this item on the 16th as it said on the website it would still arrive in time for Christmas and that was even with standard delivery (24th latest). This was a Christmas present for my mother so by chance I paid extra for premium delivery but have only just received it TODAY!!! Awful service in terms of distribution. If it had arrived on time I would have given 5 stars as the quality is quite good on the case but due to the incompetence of getting the item delivered on time I will give them 1 star as they never even contacted me to say it would be delayed.

Great phone cover loved the print it was amazing Christmas gift for my mum... well it would of been if my mum knew what iPhone she had🙈 got one that didn’t fit was so upset! But great case great print loved it all

Not a UK based service so very slow delivery to the UK. I did not realise this until I’d spent ages creating a customised phone case on their site. Ordered 9 December, estimated delivery was 17 to 23 December. Now the 28th and still not arrived. This was meant to be a Christmas present. I could have paid for premium delivery but the free timescale they gave should have arrived before Christmas. Very disappointed!

I absolutely love my phone case, personalised with a photo of my dog on a Cornish beach. It was so simple and quick. I completed the details, chose a photo and in no time it was returned looking fabulous. Great quality case to protect my new phone and make me smile whenever I use it. Tanks

Really good product, the first didn’t arrive but after talking to the customer service Maria was excellent and got me a replacement sent out by priority in time for Xmas! Good work!

Ordered a case on the 14th December - didn’t receive a confirmation email, haven’t received any correspondence from them so far. Tried sending a message on their website, no response. Absolute scam, will be requesting a refund from PayPal.

Very straight forward app to use & its a great product, the print also of good quality & hard wearing, so overall very pleased with my product. Thank You GoCustomized. A+

Service après vente inexistant. Je n’ai reçu que des réponses automatiques me disant de patienter . Je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis . J’ai donc payer 30€ pour rien. Je demande un nouvel envoi ou un remboursement !
Méfiance avec eux en cas de problème ils laissent pourrir la situation.

Easy and quick. Arrived earlier than stated as i bought this for my husband for Christmas, its lovely and the picture is so vibrant, can't wait to give it to him.

Ordered a phonecase on the 4th of December and assumed that same day shipping meant it would maybe take a week to come. After paying I was informed of possible delays but expected the 18th. Understandable but cutting it fine. It’s now the 22nd and still no sign. Contact us form is unhelpful and just repeats the same thing. Managed to get someone on their Facebook page who informs me the courier is Ascendia a company with terrible reviews for delivery time under normal circumstances. Despite being a U.K. domain page the item actually comes from Amsterdam. If i has knew this I would have ordered from somewhere closer to home for quicker delivery.

Never ordering here again.

So it's Christmas and I ordered something for my Nan two weeks ago. But instead of indicating that there would be at least three weeks of delays, they make the disclaimer *after* I ordered. Thanks guys.
