Great Experience! Im a first time homebuyer buyer who used Fincast to find a lender. The mortgage rate and estimated costs to close were significantly less than 3 of the other lenders I was shopping. The site was easy to navigate and highly recommend to anyone buying a home or refinancing.

Fincast is a gamechanger! I originally was quoted very high interest rates by the large lenders and Fincast provided a borrower-friendly service to help me rate shop on fair, market values. They saved me about $300 a month in P&L costs on my loan, a huge win in today's housing market.

As a first-time home buyer, it was great to have someone on my side to help through the loan shopping process. I read about this site on reddit and decided to give it a try - it's free after all. I wasn't actually them to come back with much, rates have climbed a lot even in the few days since I locked a loan with a mortgage broker. I was expecting some automated analysis, but heard back quickly from Benjamin Schieken, who was very helpful and responsive. In the end they actually found a lender that came within 0.1 points of my rate, with slightly lower closing costs. I'll definitely use them again for my next loan, if they were able to come close to my estimate during a time when rates are climbing rapidly they might actually find a lower rate in more normal times.
