I had an appointment. They were a no call no show! Very unprofessional. I always say how it starts is how it ends. If it starts unprofessionallly that's how it will end. In hindsight they did me a favor.

I made an appointment for someone to come by my home to show me the products and give me an estimate on 2 occasions. They asked that I give them an hour window... No one showed up either time. The first time apparently the rep had a personal emergency so I gave them grace and rescheduled. Again I wasted my valuable time waiting! That's very bad business practice!!!!!

Great job on the LVP install. Installer was on time and did a great job. He even replaced some of the existing toe moulding so the old would match the new and not be such an obvious transition. Very pleased with his work

Everything was well done. The service was great. Workers did a great job.

Contractor showed up on time and immediately went to work, they took no lunch break. They all worked well together. I had a bedroom, stairs and landing done in the new laminate flooring and carpet put in my TV room. They were done in 6 hours and the place was spotless in and out of the house. The contractor was friendly, courteous and respectful. I had an issue with the seam on one of the stairs and they fixed it before they left. The carpet and flooring looked great. I am very happy. I even got a credit from Go Flooring because the salesperson had overcharged me on my stair treads which I never would have known, so they are also honest. Go flooring was in touch with me thru the whole process and day of install and made sure I was happy before contractor left. They have their own installation company, it is not a third party, so if they mess up its their butt chewing I would imagine.

Go Flooring had a great experience with the workers. They were very professional on time precise with the work and it even things that I couldn’t move put away. Workmanship is great. The materials is very nice. They came exactly when they said they would be here . They were finished in one day from front to back, I got my whole house done. Recommend them to those that can actually afford them. You know with any professional Flooring is a little pricey, but theirs is the least out of all of them.

I transition from carpet to LVP flooring and it's the best decision I could have ever made. The floors are beautiful.

Unprofessional Service and Poor-Quality Work

I recently hired Go Flooring to redo the floors in my home, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the service I received was unprofessional and the quality of work was subpar.

Initial Issues:
- Glue Residue: After the installation, I found glue left all through the house. This was not only unsightly but also a significant inconvenience.
- Damaged Property: The installers broke a closet door during the process. This added to the frustration and the overall negative experience.

Warranty Concerns: After removing the old flooring, the installers informed me that the floor was unlevel. They stated that in order to proceed with the installation, I would have to forfeit my 25-year warranty. Given the condition of my home after the old flooring was removed, I felt pressured to give up the warranty just to have the job completed.
Lack of Follow-Through: Upon contacting the office, the installation manager assured me that the door would be repaired, and the glue cleaned up. However, a month passed with no action taken. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable.

Unprofessional Communication: When I escalated the issue, I was referred to the president of the company. The message he left on my phone was shockingly unprofessional and condescending. He implied that I didn't understand how business works because I requested to speak with the owner. In my experience, when a customer is unfairly treated, they have every right to escalate their concerns to the highest level.

Poor Customer Service, I had been in contact with the district manager, who initially seemed to understand my concerns. However, after the president's unethical remarks, the district manager neglected to return my calls. This further demonstrates the company's lack of respect and professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with Go Flooring. The quality of work was poor, the communication was unprofessional, and the follow-through on promises was nonexistent. I ask that someone from the company contact me with respect and professionalism to resolve these issues. If not, my next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The one star is for the salesperson that was my first contact and my one positive experience.

I didn't receive what the mission statement said I would: "At go flooring, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best quality products and services possible. We strive to create a positive customer experience from start to finish by exceeding expectations and accommodating individual preferences."

We are so happy with the flooring that you did for us. From the in-house consultation to the installation and final approval this by far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend go-flooring to anyone that wanted a total flooring project for their home. The installation team was wonderful and went out of their way to make us happy.

the mess that we were left with was unacceptable, leveling compound stuck to the porch and the walkway will need to be removes. When they sanded the leveling compound (which I was charged $100 per bag!!) they did not put up dust barriers and there is dust throughout the house. you can feel the transition of the leveling compound when you walk on the floor, so it was not done well.There were utility blades discarded on the porch and dirty rags, pulled up carpet and debris and a pack of utility blades in the driveway. They charged a premium price for a mediocre job done. They asked to be notified of any issues to make it right, and they responded with a bunch of excuses and no solution. Premium price for mediocre work. I will not use them a 3rd time. If this is the final product for a floor install, I can't imagine a bathroom install.

leveling compound on the sidewalk, porch and platter on the baseboards and wall, dirty hand prints all over the furniture and walls, Dust throughout the house, mess left about and they were at the house from 8:30 am until 10:00, stating they could not come back tomorrow because they had another job to do.

The transition strips also needed replaced from the first install.

They did my flooring in my living room, hallway and entrance. I really love it. Thanks to my sales rep. Who helped me pick out the right color. All my concerns were taken care of immediately. The installer's were professional and very helpful. They left the house clean by removing all the trash. I would highly recommend Go Flooring and look forward to doing more business with them.

This company does not pay their sub-trades. We did a big job for them and they promised money time and time again but never paid. Run from this company as fast as you can.

Let me start by saying we had them year up the carpets/ linoleum and put down LVP in the entire house to the time of 19k. We had some bumps along the way, a cut water line to a big language barrier. In September we had them in our home to fix soft workmanship in the kitchen, their solution was to put self leveling concrete that didn't level that well. When they pushed the refrigerator back into place they must have made as small pinhole in the line to the ice machine that never leaked out from under it. It just leaked into the subfloor till the floor got soft six months later. We had them come out to see why and they pulled up the LVP to find the subfloor soaked and warping. They pulled the fridge trying to find the source and didn't see anything until he ran his hand along the water line and discovered the pin hole. They called the boss explaining the problem, he apparently told them to pack up everything and leave. I just happened to see them getting in the van and my wife ran out to ask them what they are going to do about the floor, they said their boss Miguel told them to leave... Without saying a word to us. They told us that we could have moved that fridge and caused the damage, us two handicapped people moved it .. what a joke. They refused to put in the claim with their insurance instead
told us to put it through our home owners insurance, to which I refuse. I had to pull my 401k and had to pay early withdrawal penalty and taxes on it because it was a year and a half early. So now I will have it fixed and file a lawsuit against this company I wish I had never heard of.
So in review we paid them 19k to do 25k in damage.

These folks are price gouging! Pricing is double or more for the same floors you can get anywhere else. Do yourselves a favor and make sure to get multiple estimates.

I had my flooring put in July and it’s already bubbling up. The strips at the base board is white for a gray floor. It’s not put down good either. Also the strip between living room and kitchen is cracked. I have been dissatisfied by the 2 guys that put it in. It took 3-4 days when if they had of stayed and worked it could have been a day or two. They would get here at 8:30, then go to lunch at 12:00, come back at 1:00 and leave at 3:00-3:30 for the day.
