The mini PC I bought gave issues, the staff guided me through troubleshooting and when that did not work, they booked it for return. As soon as I delivered the PC to the courier, a replacement was dispatched, they did not wait. I honestly recommend GoGadgets to anyone looking any type of computer.

Great condition and working excellently.
Products arrived with 2-3 days of ordering it.

Took my call at a breakfast date on a Saterday morning, helped me choose a laptop, send it off on Monday, received it Wednesday exactly as it was advertised, extremely happy with the service.

Quick and satisfactory service

Their online services are amazing if you are looking for a laptop. Had an issue and spoke to their chat and was allocated Euli who was so helpful. Im definitely trusting Go Gadgets moving forward.

I'm hesitant to buy refurbished electronics, but this time it has been great. It has everything it says in the ad. The product as a whole is perfect. I need a new monitor and will get a refurbished one from them.
I only have one minor negative comment: Why doesn't the invoice come in the box or sent via email? I emailed them and it was sent immediately. Sooo... great after sales service as well.

Within a month of buying a desktop set, the computer is malfunctioning every minute. And I reported the issue and they took back the PC and fix the issue and It have been a week now and I had no issues, the PC is working perfectly. Thank you

Bennie’s attitude the owner has been very unprofessional. I would share screenshots of our conversations if I could. It’s disappointing that when concerns are raised about the products, the response is to threaten legal action instead of resolving the issue. Not everyone is intimidated by such threats.

Bought now my third laptop through Go Gadgets - I am very happy with the standard of the laptop and service. It does not feel like a refurbished laptop seeing that the battery last as long as a new one and the laptop gives me no problems. My first laptop I purchased had an issue but I contact them and they immediately replaced the laptop - the customer care service is very good and personal (you deal with a hands on person that wants to resolve your issue efficiently, quick and with kindness). The delivery time is also very good(they use courier guy).
