This company is a scam!!
They attempted to take $30 dollars from my account, luckily my bank blocked it. They then proceeded to make two transactions from my account without my permission or involvement! You have stolen money from me! I have reported you to my bank and MasterCard, who has lunched an investigation into your business. Legal action will be taken by one of the three parties involved! Cancel my account and whatever reoccurring payments you’ve linked to my account and refund me the money you STOLE!!

Gogocreateit Support emailed me (Scott) and tried to pass this off as some sort of glitch.

As if I must have slipped, landed on my keyboard and accidentally signed up for..what?..from your stationery store. Since when do stationery stores have an online subscription? And why did you try to charge me $30USD for something when I had never even heard of your 'business', scammer?

Scott promised me a refund and I've received nothing.

Please address that swiftly before asking me to remove this negative review for your 'brand image'.

Tricked into a subscription fee. I signed up for a north face bag for £6:20 but they charge a recurring fee. Do not trust this company.

Thief method

Me hicieron un cargo a la tarjeta que no reconozco. Fui al banco y ellos me indican que el proceso dura cuatro meses
Decido contactarlos directamente yo, al saber que es lo que el banco hará y me respondieron un día después indicando que me harán el reembolso. Me sentí atendida y que mi reclamo fue respetado

Suite à une demande au service client, j'ai après plusieurs essais obtenu entière satisfaction de la part de Kevin, qui très à l’écoute du client, à répondu à mes demandes au delà de ce que je souhaitais, conscient que j'avais moi aussi des obligations.
