I came across Kiko's advertisement on…
I came across Kiko's advertisement on Instagram, a questionnaire came up, I skipped it, then a lottery came up, I was offered to choose a gift and I won a gift from Kiko's products, then I was asked to fill out a form to send the gift and pay the shipping fee, at the end of the membership confirmation form. It was a cost, it was active by default, I deactivated it, which means I didn't accept it then I received an email congratulating me and if you want to continue the membership, you pay 18 euros for two weeks and your card will be charged. Despite the fact that I did not ask for membership or charge. Now I want to cancel and return the payments in the amount of 38 Euros, also They dont sent anything.
