If I could leave no stars I would, I ordered a ‘tech pack’ for £19.99 plus £4 delivery it was supposed to be a pack of several random tech items I got a cheap set of headphones which only cost £10 to £12 elsewhere and they won’t answer my emails DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don’t buy anything from this site they take your money and you don’t receive anything and try getting in touch with them is another joke then they blame other sites witch is nothing to do with them like vinted they should be taken of line all together

Ordered a light at £9.99 and paid for it never got a message to say they got the order took the money but no light scam company.

Lesson to self - read reviews before a purchase. How are this company still trading ??? Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago - nothing since no sign of item - money out of my account. Go groopie in fairness did respond with giving the “merchant “ a further 7 days to respond to them that’s long gone and I have resigned myself to having been scammed by go groopie and “cloud9yn and will be pursuing a refund and be contacting trading standards. Bunch of crooks !!!

This company sent me a used piece of junk phone; it's a scam.

They should be sued and this thieving, pirate company shut down.

Ordered a pair of sliders filled out my details then realised there was a £4.99 postage charge. This wasn't really worth it considering the price of the sliders so I did not proceed. They took the money for the sliders out of my bank then I received an email asking.me to confirm delivery charge in order to receive my goods. I have asked them to refund but will also contact my bank to inform of charge without authorization. Please BEWARE of additional charges

If it was possible, would be a - 5 stats. Take your money immediately, no receipt, no way of getting in touch. Total con. Stay clear.

Two weeks ago I paid €26 by Visa for a product. Money gone, no acknowledgment of payment, no delivery date, no sign of the product. All I get is persistent emails asking me to sign up for an undefined voucher.

One star is too good for this company.
It’s a big rip off. Ordered a door bell, was never received. Customer service is extremely poor, no response despite emails being sent.
DO NOT USE.

Slow delivery, no contact or tracking .no communication after complaint when goods did arrive , I have never in my life purchaced such a piece of junk .2D 3 set of illuminated penguins , christmas decoration. Meant to be £89 ORIGINAL . I would not even pay 89 pence . To send back not worth the cost. Look them up on the site. If I tell you the 3 are flat and fit into a standard size envelope with 3 tiny string lights. They are beyond belief.

1 star is one to many , there should be an option for NO stars for companies like Go Groupie. They will not answer complaints will not acknowledge merchants email, and owe me £139.99. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY , item was not delivered and delivery person/s faked a signature saying it was me that signed for NOTHING , and item not at my house. So Acorn Living just as bad .

The mattress advertised did not turn up.a low quality mattress,with no resemblance or specifications got delivered. Couldn't get any details why only a bill for delivery and return before a refund. Totally a con DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.

Clothing sizes are a joke. So called adult sizes seem to be for children.
Don't waste your money like I did. These people should be looked at by Trading Standards.

returned shoes because they didn’t fit, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it is a legal right to get postage costs back as well as item refund. Go Groopie refuse to refund original postage charge.

Guess what, bought something on GoGroopie and it never arrived. followed up a million times and they send me even a fake tracking for the parcel!!! Don't buy from this company it is all just a big Scam!!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I placed an order through GoGroopie, and not only did the payment process fail repeatedly, but there was no proper support, no clear communication, and delays that make the whole service feel unreliable.

When I finally got through to someone, the response was slow and unhelpful. I was left chasing basic information like payment links, order confirmation, and delivery details. A simple purchase turned into a complete headache.

GoGroopie needs to seriously improve their customer service, transparency, and reliability. Right now, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Also don’t trust Google reviews!!!!

I ordered a baby item off here and when it turned up it was about rubbish you wouldn’t want to put a baby on this . When I asked for a return address for a refund they told me I could keep it and offered me a £5 refund . I said no I wanted a full refund and am still waiting for a reply do not order off here

Oh, how I wish I'd read the reviews before I'd used GoGroopie.
Paid £14.99 for a "once in a lifetime" voucher for a random electronic item, ranging from an Apple iPhone13 to a Samsung A3.
A voucher supposedly worth £79.99.

I received; A Zens 5W wireless charger worth £10.
£14.99 if I'd bought it from Argos.

The kicker? I also paid £4.99 for delivery.

My faith in the internet is disappearing drastically and I should have stuck to the old adage, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.."
