4 Months of Delays – Impossible to Withdraw or Update Details

I am writing this to warn others about my experience with Vantage. While they make it incredibly easy and fast to deposit money, getting it back out is a nightmare. I have been trying to change my bank account details for 4 months now.

I am stuck in a loop of "processing" and "verification" with no end in sight. A broker should be judged by how they handle withdrawals, and right now, Vantage is failing. It shouldn't take a quarter of a year to update basic banking information. If you value access to your funds, be very cautious.

I have provided all requested documentation, yet I am stuck in a loop of "processing" and "verification" with no end in sight. A broker should be judged by how they handle withdrawals, and right now, Vantage is failing. It shouldn't take a quarter of a year to update basic banking information. If you value access to your funds, be very cautious.

Thank you for the response but like I mentioned I stay in the UK all the banks have closed it's only available online now..my problem is I have emailed you from my registered email address, I have given you bank statements that shows where I made the deposit to you and I have given you the new bank details with the same Registered Business but still this is not good enough for you. How does this work? You just want to steal my money

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, withdrawals must be processed via the original deposit method. Since your card is inactive, please provide an official bank letter confirming the account is closed or inaccessible. If your bank cannot issue this letter, a screenshot of your correspondence with them stating this refusal will suffice.

I played for 5 days straight and then…

I played for 5 days straight and then they refuse to pay me out. They said I did suspensions activity on my account which is not true. Seems like they just a scam and will find any reason not to pay out.

I don't really need you tell me again I am a criminal just not to pay me out. I played numerous other app for days and they never had an issue to pay me out

Scam website

I spent a considerable amount playing the games. Just to hit a wall when payment was due. Don't waist your time. They are just a scam website.

I had the worst experience I ever had flying

I had the worst experience with KLM today. I am a frequent flyer but never ever will I use their service again. My flight got delayed today to Amsterdam. I was okay with the whole situation thought I will just catch the next flight out. When I got the updated is was 12 hours later with two extra connecting flights. Sitting another 4 hours in between those as well. But they just don't care. Tried to speak to the Lady at the service desk but because she sees that I am a little bit upset she refused to help me and ignore me completely helping everyone around me.. But what got me the most is that I just have to accept what is given to me and I am not allowed to get mad about it or complain about it to find a alternative solution..nope..Never in my life will I use KLM again this was my first time and my last time as well.

After spending ours on email and one the phone Virgin Media doesn't care about their customers service. We tried everything to get it resolved but after speaking to 100 of people on the phone. They completely do the opposite of what was discussed. We paid £79 a month and all of a sudden it jumped up to £149pm. We tried to cancel it but they not canceling it. Our services has been cut now in half and we still pay £148pm. Can someone please help me cancel my contract. We didn't ask for this at all. Please just cancel everything we don't want to use your service anymore. We have been struggling to get this resolved for over a month now

We are sorry you could not complete our age verification process when placing your order with us.

When you placed your order, the importance of entering the correct information at the checkout is clearly highlighted to ensure there are no issues in processing and fulfilment.

The full name you entered was incorrect to the information and document you later uploaded as part of the additional checks.
If you had entered your information correctly, the order would have passed the age verification checks within seconds and been released for processing and fulfilment.

When you contacted us at 1:54 a.m. requesting a refund, you threatened to leave multiple bad reviews if we did not complete this request by 10 a.m. that morning.

We received this Trust Pilot review around 4 a.m. the same morning, 6 hours before your 'deadline'.

We cancelled and refunded your order around 6:22 a.m. and advised you to allow up to five working days for the funds to be returned to your payment method.
We also highlighted to you that the time it takes for a refund to be processed isn't controlled or influenced by us and is imposed by the relevant banking authorities.

Sadly, we were then met with numerous profanities towards our team.

Again, we can only apologise that you experienced issues with the information you entered at the checkout as part of our important age verification checks, but as a company, we will not tolerate verbal abuse towards our staff.

Amazing Service and company to deal with!

I took my time working through all the levels. I thought maybe this is a scam. I received my visa card but I can't use it in the UK then I asked them to swap it for a morrisons gift card and it work perfectly. Thank you Flash Reward..I bought my months groceries with the voucher and it helped me so much.

I had the please to deal with Skills…

I had the please to deal with Skills for English.com recently.

I wrote the test with them and I failed after sitting there for 4 hours with out a break and the lady who assisted me can't even speak English herself.

I went through a English University how can I fail this test? I tried getting feedback after numerous attempts but no one seems willing to assist.

If you ask me they are just after the money for you to go and retest again.

If I can make a suggestion rather use "Language Certificate" for any English test B1,B2, etc.

They actually care about you "and your money" making sure that you are right before you start with your test.

And they can actually speak English properly.

I had the pleasure to waist my money on…

I had the pleasure to waist my money on skills for English incorporated with PSI. I went through university, and they failed me? I honestly think it is just a money-making scam.
I have tried to get feedback from this company but feedback also doesn't exist there.

I sat for 4hours with not one break. The lady who helped me with the course can't even speak English her self.

If I can make a suggestion rather use Language Certificate they are very helpful and actually care where you spend your money and making sure they assist you where they can. not doggy people.

For PSI and Skills for Language it's all about the money for them
