Easy transaction, product shipped out and was received within a few business days. No issues at all

I found this company online and got a quote for a lvp floor. I decided to go with the quote. The shipping options changed when i went to place order so i called the company instead. Jeremy informed me at that time that the website shouldn’t have quoted me a price. Instead he needed to verify price and stock first. Jeremy verified plenty of stock and correct pricing so i placed the order.
Four days later i get an email from Jeremy about sku numbers changing and a cost increase of $1.87 per sqft for that product. This was an increase of about $1100 for my order. When i called their manager Eric he told me he’d look into the order and call back. When he returned my call i was informed the best he could do was take a dollar off the increase which would be $0.15 over their cost.
In my opinion this was not my problem. If i was quoted 2x a sqft price of $4.99, which i in turn quoted my installation cost with, then that’s the cost i get. Not an email 4 days later that they want more money after I’d paid in full!!!

This was like ordering through a concierge for floors. Floors are so expensive locally that these prices seemed too good to be true. They weren't we go 1900 sq/ft of LVP shipped to our front door in amazing condition. Jeremy on the customer support end was so efficient and helpful. Can't recommend this team enough

Delivery took longer than expected and some moulding apparently was not shipped.I am still dealing with the shipping conpany but who knows when i will be able to complete the job.Even to complete this review i need to register my info.I paid money to not get everthing yet now i need to satisfy everyone else.This is exactly why internet sales are horrible because there is no customer service anymore.The company is always right instead of the customer.

I purchased engineered wood flooring which arrived at the trucking company
pickup point in excellent condition. Installation completed yesterday. All good !

I worked with Jeremy. Got everything I wanted for way less than any competitors. The flooring is amazing and even with a delivery mishap, he and the team went above and beyond to make it right. Will always recommend them and already have!

The delivery very fast. Unfortunately the color was a little more red than the flooring we currently have bathe price would have been in our budget and it was Kupay wood which is very durable.

I was so impressed with this flooring. I’ll be building in the next year & it will certainly be a good option.

The sample I ordered came by FedEx so extremely fast response time on Go Hardwood's part. Although the sample didn't work for what I needed, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the sample.

Beautiful flooring and a quick and easy transaction!

Go Hardwood had plenty of options. Our only problem was delivery and the time promised. Our selection of flooring was and located. On the day of delivery it had not moved. For the next 5 days it did not move and no approximate ship/delivery date was given, until I called and canceled the order. It shipped that day and was delivered in 2 business days. Love the product and the men that helped me when I called.

Easy to order online and super quick at delivery.

This was my third time purchasing flooring from Go Hardwood. Every time has been a great experience. I’m a local contractor in Florida and I have very special and various needs in the material that purchase. The products have been great the sales staff has been knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
