Great customer service. Flooring came in perfectly matched to my current floors.

There were a couple "hiccups" in the process, but they worked hard to fix them. Covid caused a shipping delay, which we expected, so that wasn't a big deal.
However, the delay did cause the pending credit card charge to disappear. At first, we were worried that they had cancelled the order without telling us.
Luckily, that wasn't the case.
They didn't charge the credit card until we actually received the flooring which I thought was THE BEST!!!
The flooring arrived at the pick-up destination on time. The only hiccup there was that the address I was given for pick-up was the terminal's OLD address. They had moved a couple miles down the road the previous year. I called the terminal's phone number and got the correct address. We were able to get our flooring there.
The flooring hasn't been installed yet (contractor hasn't gotten around to it yet, but that has nothing to do with Go Hardwood), but we are excited to see it laid because it is beautiful.

This was a great purchase. It was my first time ordering such a large shipment just from website photos. But, the product was exactly as pictured upon delivery.
The shipment ran into a few delays. But, the staff were helpful and polite throughout. The delivery to my home was also difficult, just in terms of getting several hundred pounds of material into my garage. But the delivery person worked very hard to get the job done. Much thanks to his effort!

Product I ordered was out of stock after placing my order. They were very good about keeping me informed on status of order and were very quick to respond to questions I had for them. The price was great and I was able to go to local warehouse to pick up flooring so shipping was free. I highly recommend Gohardwoods and will certainly use them again if I'm in market for flooring.

We bought java colored engineered wood that interlocks for our entire house. The color was very rich and elegant and it was by far the easiest floor for us to install and we have done several rooms with other brands. Customer service was great thanks to Jeremy who took very good care of us during the ups and downs of this pandemic. He coordinated the delivery dates for us and took care of any questions we had...thanks for everything and we will definitely be back:)

Speedy and timely shipment of item ordered. Have not yet used the product to speak on its quality. But, again, the service in getting it to me was great!

Excellent dealing with this company. Two large orders that I placed in the last year came in promptly and the products was delivered to the warehouse with no damage. I would highly recommend ordering from this company.

Go hardwood was good, but the shipping company was sub par. I paid around $350 in shipping costs and had to help the driver unload all of the material out of the truck. Also, the shipping company did not schedule a time for drop-off and showed up at random to my residence. I did not receive any emails that delivery was on the way until the day of delivery--which the email told me that it was in Lubbock and said nothing about delivery. Further, the shipping company man tried to charge me another shipping cost fee and I had leverage his superiors in order to get the fee waived. Most products turned out decent but a few had large scratches and indentations--probably again from the shipping company.

I just placed my order however I received great customer service from Dean and Jeremy.

I had a very good experience with my order from start to finish. First off I ordered a lot of free samples from other vendors, the problem was that they were just a small piece of product, making it difficult to get a good idea of what it would look like, especially with the variation in patterns. Go hardwood sent a whole plank! For $2 it is absolutely worth it. Also shopping around there prices are very competitive (couldn't find a better price). The product was exactly as described and the estimate for wastage were right on. drop shipped right into my garage on a nice pallet right on time.

The flooring looks great however product took longer than originally told and I am still missing a piece for the stairs. Customer service has been exceptional. Would have received five stars if delivery services we’re better
