I like the way you let the customer know when you sent the item and its journey to me the customer keep it up please.

I ordered a Santa Claus and was given the bullshit of its delayed due to the amount of orders.
I have asked for a refund and they have totally blanked all my emails and not refunded me.

It was easy to order,arrived,and the item was as described.Many Thanks,

I ordered a dinosaur blanket. The advert shows the dinosaurs are 3d coming out of the blankets. When it arrived it was poor quality and completely flat. Very over priced. I don't suppose I'll hear from you as I have messaged before with no reply. I will continue to warn people how awful for are. I am also e mailing watch dog. You should not be allowed to continue trading. Shame on you.

Value for money, as expected, top marks.

Ordered products took ages to arrive and did not work as claimed. Constant attempts to contact them went unanswered. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. Total sham.

The delivery is fine but it was advertised as with built in suction type clips but turned up with plastic bits for stickers very disappointed

Please do not use this company it is a scam they sent me something totally different than advertised and don’t respond to emails I got caught please don’t get caught out

I had to wait a long time for my item and when it came it was not a good at picking up the clothes as it looks in the demonstration video. However it is light weight and does a relatively good job once you can get the clothes the stay on.

A stainless steel chopping board makes so much sense. It’s the single hygienic way to chop anything, knowing you’re not storing up bacteria for the next use. So easy to clean, looks good and fits my kitchen top perfectly. I have deducted one star purely because delivery was very slow. But, when the package arrived, the board was very well packed, and a film protected the stainless steel — front and back — ensuring it arrived in pristine condition.

Ordering and delivery , however the drain unblocker did not live up to the hype

The product "Instant temp skin tightener" does nothing at all for me. Very disappointed, won't use again from any adverts cannot believe the hype.

It is a good value app and it is very easy to use and quick service on the app with quick delivery

The product ( stream iron) does not work as shown in the advertisement

I order 3 items from this company and they are absolutely not fit for purpose. I have tried on 4 occasions to contact the customer service to request details of how I can return items to no avail. As previous customers stated the items order are not authentic.. please do not order from this company.
