When I ordered I was not told how long it would take. Sent them an email I was then told it would be 15 days after it was despatched, at this stage 8 days after ordering it had not been despatched. I Emailed them again cancelling the order and asking for a full refund. The same afternoon it had been miraculously despatched. So now I have to wait 15 days to see if I get it. Avoid them they are useless

Absolutely awful. As previously noted tracking app has taken 13 days to identify item. Poor communication and terrible customer service. Do not bother as not UK company and obviously cheap tat from China.
Seek charge back from bank if already paid and you cannot get a response.

Cheap stuff. Nothing like the advertised goods

If I could give it zero I would. Over £40 down the drain. I thought it was a uk company but of course my goods were coming from China. 16 days later and no movement on the “handy tracking” app. Three emails - all with badly worded pointless response and absolutely no action. Do not use.
