I had a leak in a pipe under my property . Took a few goes to locate it but then the new pipe was re sited round my bungalow . Staff in the office and on the ground always friendly and helpful .

Installed new water mains and cleared and camera surveyed drains. Also installed outdoor shower and drainage. Highly professional team both in office and on site. Took great trouble to ensure everything completed properly and to our satisfaction. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

After a leak was detected to the rear of our house we called in Going Underground who repaired the original leak and subsequently five more leaks. A further team returned four days later to repair the sixth leak but then found two more leaks and extended the new pipework. The site was left clean and tidy when they left and we are very pleased with the work undertaken.

Arrived on site and carried out all Health & Safety
checks.
Excavated down on the toilet lateral on the main
sewer line at side of bungalow.
Cut in and constructed a 110mm redding eye on the
exposed sewer line and connected the toilet feed for
future rodding. Backfilled and reinstated excavation.
Left site clean and tidy.
Really happy with a job well done.
Site (brick paving) was left immaculate

GU’s recent installation of a STP at our property was excellent. The team ( we have met most of them) are hard working and diligent. We really appreciated the few amendments which were acted upon quickly following the completion of the main job. We would recommend GU and will certainly use them for maintenance of our SWP and to manage other projects should we require in the future.

We are very pleased with the work undertaken by the team from Going Underground. The workers were polite and helpful and cleared up after the work very well. We had to ask them to come back to connect to the Wessex Water pipe and they did this quickly and with no fuss. The office staff could not be more helpful and easy to contact.

Well planned, completed on time and to a good standard; flexible adjustment to altered requirements.

Very quick response, and the problem (a burst main to the house) was fixed completely and paving reinstated by mid-morning of the same day.

The cause of our low mains water pressure was unknown. Andy from Going Underground quickly determined the problem and resolved the issue.

New water main laid very efficiently, all disturbed ground put back perfectly, you can’t actually tell they’ve even been!! Would definitely recommend if your looking for this sort of work doing.
