This is my first time using this website, and I’m really impressed. Their website and customer support are amazing , very professional, kind, and responsive. Everything gets done much faster than you would expect, and the service they provide is excellent.

I have made a few orders with Golbazar past few years. So far acceptable with a few flaws:
Pros: Quality is good, usually export quality fruits/flowers. Customer service is prompt if you message them on whatsapp, they message back straight.
Cons: Orders usually arrive LATER than expected, happened to me all the time with different addresses. Despite giving 7 hours delivery window which is already long, my flower pot even arrived an hour after (8 hours) Another issue is not paying attention to order notes especially when it’s surprise! They called my mum saying she got a gift from Australia which took the surprise away last time! Also, my last order my name was no where to be seen (apart from on the bill) as I sent on behalf of my mother but the delivery person told the recipient MY name and they had no idea! Please pay attention to these details!

I made multiple orders with golbazar. Their delivery was satisfactory and the flowers I ordered were similar to the ones on the website. Their behavior is characterized by politeness and helpfulness. Thank you.

Best service ever. I have never been so happy with a service for flower delivery. The customer support was also very good.

I’ve been a customer of this company for 7 years, but unfortunately I can no longer continue using their service. The fees for sending money to Iran have become extremely high, and the rates keep increasing almost daily, which feels unreasonable and unjustified. The transaction fees are excessive, and what’s even more frustrating is the additional charge required just to process a transfer—something that used to be $5.95 and has now increased to $9.95. This kind of pricing is simply not fair. I’m glad I was able to find a better exchange service with much lower fees.

من قبلا از اين وبسايت خريد كرده بودم ولي تو شرايط نرمال ،تولد مادرم بود ديروز و فكر كردم امكان سفارش نيست حتي اگرم باشه شايد به دستش نرسه …ولي گفتم امتحان كنم چون اين تنها كاريه كه از دستم برمياد ،و گل بازار زودتر از دفعه هاي قبل به دست مادرم رسوند ،خيلي ازتون ممنونم .مادرم خيلي خوشحال شد ،واقعا بي نظريد .

I ordered a beautiful flower box with a postcard including my handwritten message, and the whole experience was fantastic. Everything was handled with care, delivered on time, and presented beautifully. I’m very impressed with the quality and service and would definitely recommend Golbazar!

مجموعه ای بسیار حرفه ای و کم نظیر! من سالهاست از خارج از ایران هدیه می فرستم ایران. این مجموعه به حدی حرفه ای در سطح بین المللی است که من واقعا از دست اندر کارنش تشکر می کنم. کارمندانی مسئول و پر محبت🌹

اصلاااا خوب نبود گلی که ارسال شد گلها پژمرده بودند و حتی رنگ برخی تغییر کرده بود واقعا آبروم رفت

I was extremely disappointed with this order. The quality of the flowers was very poor, they looked wilted and nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the delivery arrived at 12 am, which is completely unacceptable and very inconvenient. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Today was my mother’s memorial anniversary, and being far from Iran made it especially emotional. Golbazar went above and beyond—they arranged a beautiful floral tribute on my behalf, exactly as I had envisioned. Their sensitivity, attention to detail, and seamless communication made me feel present despite the distance.

I’m deeply grateful for their compassion and professionalism. Golbazar didn’t just deliver flowers—they honored a memory. Highly recommended for anyone seeking thoughtful, reliable service with a human touch.

In the payment page, I used the "back" option to revise my cart and the items. The website recognized this as a cancelation, removed all my items from the cart, and my accumulated credit (10 for $1) that I used for this unsuccessful checkout vanished from their database system! Now I cannot see my credits, nor I can use them. I used Chrome - The website acted even crazier on Safari.

Golbazar values customers, at first I didnt like the first rose box sent however they accepted the fact that rose box quality was not good and resent a new box with more beautiful and fresher roses

I purchased two “special” Naeb Restaurant vouchers (as a gift for my parents), but the experience was extremely disappointing.
The website stated that each voucher includes one main dish, appetizer, dessert, and drink — with no mention of any spending limit. However, after purchase, we learned that the restaurant only allows orders up to about 1,300,000 IRR per person, far below what was implied.
To make things worse, the voucher’s USD price (20 USD) was about 60% higher than its real IRR value, and with that cap, many menu items simply can’t be ordered.
In short, the description was misleading, the product offered poor value for money, and the whole experience was disappointing.
I do not recommend buying this voucher, especially if you’re hoping to give someone a complete and hassle-free dining experience.
