Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I ordered z subscription which I subsequently cancelled as the delivery took so long. I was then still charged and the bottles came despite my emails stopping it. I was then told they would refund and collect it on Saturday. I stayed in all day Saturday to return it but no one came!!! What a waste of my day off!! Can’t comment on the product but this service is terrible. I won’t be using them again!

Loyalty program gone wrong

I’ve bought 4 boxes now and see a difference but I know It will take a bit of time. I am reviewing now as I’ve been buying in boots and I set up my membership and been adding my code online and just going to add my 4th box and realised nothing has been saved.

I know it’s not a lot but it’s annoying when a loyalty program is available and then doesn’t work. Tried to use qr code etc and Iam just going round in circles. I would rather it not be available as it wasn’t even a factor into why o purchased it was a added bonus I wasn’t expecting so when that you get something extra your not expecting and then it doesn’t work it just has the complete opposite effect and now put me off buying more.

Hopefully this makes sense iam other way of putting it is when I saw the loyalty program it exceeded my expectations which was great but when that flops it’s just done the opposite of what it’s meant to be there for.

Maybe I am doing it wrong but Iam scanning the qr code and I’ve already set up account but won’t accept my new code and now just seen all my other codes have don’t saved so my loyalty balance is 0.

I remember imoden doing a loyalty program and it worked perfect so just thought it was same thing.

Anyway will do another review once I’ve finished my 4 boxes x

Hice un pedido ayer 18-12-2024, de una subcrición en la que me equivoque porque no explican con detalle, al intentar ponerme en contacto con ellos he tenido que hacer varios formularios de contacto, y no reponde nadie.
He hecho un pago de 165 euros con un cupon, y como es tan dificil de contactar, lo he cancelado. solicito el reembolso al no poder hablar con nadie de atención al cliente.
No me fio.
Una lastima porque estaba muy interesada en probar los productos.
Pero son como una empresa fantasma

Ho scoperto Gold Collagen Forte Plus durante la mia visita a Milano Beauty 2024 dove mi avevano offerto un paio di flaconcini campione. Subito ho notato che il mio umore migliorava e mi sentivo più energica, l'ho ordinato e l'ho sto prendendo da quasi 3 mesi. Si tratta di un prodotto straordinario non solo per gli effetti estetici e fisici, ma pure pe gli effetti benefici sul morale.

Dissatisfied

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I have messaged asking for contact I have tried to request a new password all have gone ignored.
I will not be continuing my subscription even If a great product.
Customer service and care are paramount.

Although they say my account was not set up I had ordered on subscription and never received an email to set account up!
With regards to not receiving my 1st email nothing said about the chase up. Only once this initial review was received did I get contact.

Was kept informed on the whereabouts of my delivery from start to finish. Even received free bottle of Hylaronic capsules. Excellent service and reasonable price for Black Friday deal. Wish it was a bit more affordable.

I ordered a week ago item no 000103127…

I ordered a week ago item no 000103127 and am yet to receive.
Honestly, I would have gone to the shops to buy but saw quick delivery which I fell for.
Customer service very poor on the other hand.
I have sent messages and appears to receive automated claiming high volume of request.

Right now I don’t want the item as I have what I am already using. I want my £88 back.
Unfortunately No one is listening or responding.
Sorry not buying from this company.

Disappointed this time

Disappointed this time. I've placed an order a week ago and still haven't received my order or even not received a confirmation that the goods were sent.
Also, I wrote a message with an enquiry on messenger, and no one replied with an advise - nothing.

To early to say but would expect better results in a shorter time but will continue for the being, but if cost is reduced will continue to persist.
