Very bad,
I purchased a gold coin for my daughter 18 birthday a week later after I called you, I was told it’s not in stock ☹️

The pack looks old as sides were peeling off and there is dirt around it. Poor cover in which gold is stored. I thought I was buying new item but it looks really old.

Amazing make, design and very good quality

Missing piece in my delivery, emailed them but no reply back from them.
Disappointed with products overall.

I have used gold bank every year for Diwali and I find the on line service very good. They are prompt in taking my order and delivery. As the things I buy are precious I have been getting emails throughout the time I ordered to the time it was delivered

I bought 2 gold bars Perth Mint 22 of September. In 23 they contacted me and said we do not have them now and if you want it takes some times or we can send you other brands, I said "NO". After more than 2 weeks I contacted them again and said are you going to send my gold bars. No respond yet. I am so disappointed at this company.
Today is 14 of October and they still did not send my items after more than 3 weeks, when I asked them to send me PAMP gold bar and refund £37 for each of them back to my account, they said we will refund £10 for each while when you want to buy Perth Mint or PAMP swisee normally there is between £35 to £40 difference, but when you ask refund they want to refund just £10. This is the last time which I bought from them. Really awful experience.

Received the wrong coin, contacted gb and very helpful. Received returns label in minutes, packed and posted. Correct coin arrived two days later. No drama. Great value, lovely coin, excellent service even with a small hiccup.

I’m new to buying gold for investment and spent some time looking at various online bullion dealers. I chose to try Gold Bank London after reading lots of reviews. The majority of these reviews were very positive but there were several worrying ones too, so I decided to make a small purchase just to test the gold waters.

My first purchase didn’t work out, not because of anything Gold Bank did but I made a mistake, after confirming my card purchase I accidentally closed the web browser window. I contacted Gold Bank customer service and they were excellent. I explained the problem to the CS agent and they passed me onto another agent who specialised in such mistakes and they offered to either send me an email with a payment link or to cancel the transaction and I could start again. I chose the cancellation option, which they did and within minutes the new transaction went through with no further issues. The CS people I spoke to were excellent, very professional and helpful.

I completed the transaction on Monday morning and my 5g gold bar arrived on Wednesday morning. Fantastic service and I will certainly be using them again.

Initially sent out the wrong product, but one phone call got it sorted quickly and with no bother with the correct product being received not long after.
