It’s fair.

The customer service is good, but I’m not really happy with the products, the gold bars are not really neat edge-cutting as they should be. General to say, I’m a little bit disappointed.

item never arrived: first call with customer service told me "Cannot someone go and get it?". Further contacts - no response. Let's see what is happening for the refund
