Objednala jsem si zateplené legíny. Po dvou nošeních jsem objevila dírku na látce u švu. Šev se neroztrhl, problém je přímo v látce. Bohužel kvalita mě zklamala, očekávala jsem odolnější materiál.

I purchased a beekeeping suit in January 2025. During march I noticed the zip was not working. As a few months had past and feedback already left I emailed GoldBee to see if there was anything they could do. They replied quickly and sent a new item out to me for free. I was expecting no reply so absolutely thrilled to get it resolved. Thanks

Update: Arrived today. I wonder how many companies have their reputation ruined by Evri? Still waiting for 3-4 day delivery 11 days after ordering. I always allow an extra day or due to our location but this is the longest delay I have experienced. Have sent a few emails - all ignored. Fake out for delivery message on 26th. Evri's usual game. Won't be using this company again. The address does not show on the auto address finder systems. The 1000+ parcels and letters we have had sent here over the last few years arrive without difficulty. You seem to have used the cheapest Evri service available and ignored my messages until I posted this review. Please refund my money. Thank you.

Here we go, I ordered 4 underwear shorts. They were super comfort but after 3-4 months wearing them they break. In the croach and the thighs. So I decided to write Goldbee customer service what happened. They wrote me that I should be not worried about send it for warranty. Ok I did. Answer was declined due wear and tear from normal use. Warranty laws guarantee that product will not break down till 2 years from buy. I am really disapointed. For what is then this warranty? That they will suddenly blow and tear for norhing or what? Sorry Goldbee, I needed to unfollow and tell everyone this horrible experience if I am asked.

Very helpful on the phone re. sizing. Prompt delivery, jacket arrived this morning, and it looks and feels high quality. Also a perfect fit.
Looking forward to some better weather so I can actually get round to using it and retiring my nearly 40 year old one that is beginning to fall apart!

Ordered in plenty of time. Showed on stock online but out of stock when ordered, they mailed to ask what to do and I asked for a different colour. Apparently the response from me went in their spam mail (likely?) needless to say they did nothing. When I chased up the item as I’d heard nothing they said they’d UPS it. They even messed that up and sent it to a mini market in Dudley (100 miles from my home not useful). Parcel never arrived despite an assurance that I’d still get it. It’s a massive avoid this seller from me get your things from a more professional and reputable supplier.

I had been looking to get into the beekeeping business for a while. I came across Goldbee on Instagram and with Vakhar’s knowledge and reassurance, bought my first suit, gloves and the beginners kit. The suit is great quality and I love how I could choose a colour. I am excited about starting this new chapter and I am sure I will be back to purchase more !
