The guys were very nice, patient and explained everything well
It was so comfortable at the office. The staff was very friendly. They shared lots of information and went over it to make sure I understood everything. They were very patient. I would recommend this place in a heart beat!!!!!

Friendly, honest and accommodating people run this storage place.
Art gave me an education-in-a-nutshell about storage facilities. I went to several others in the area, and every time I went, they were closed for some reason. The price was competitive, and the people running the office are courteous and professional.

Fantastic!!!
Every single one of the customer service agents are amazing! They are always so happy to help and have an answer for every question. The office and the grounds are emaculent. I have a storage unit here and I've rented a U-Haul through them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit or U-Haul

Need to repair hasp so our goods are safe.

This is the place to store!
I found Golden State Storage on yelp. They have the best prices and are personable, kind people. I paid ahead and received a payment waiver card - if I ever need it - plus a lock and the security of someone on the grounds 24/7. I just upgraded my unit. Thank you guys for having such wonderful customer service!

Accomodating
Needed to have payment withdraws on the first of each month as that is when account is funded. The management went sought out way to make this happen. Their effort was greatly appreciated.

They have rental trucks on-premise which is convenient.
