I was not a customer, but I witnessed appalling driving eastbound on the M4 on the afternoon of 19/02/26 by the driver of vehicle YJ25 VAX.

The driver excessively flashed their headlights to pressure other motorists to move out of the way, without any regard for the traffic conditions ahead.

They repeatedly swerved between lanes to the left and right in order to overtake vehicles that were maintaining the 50 mph speed limit.

On multiple occasions, the driver overtook in lane 2 and then returned to lane 1 in a manner that forced other drivers to brake to avoid a collision. When this happened to me, I sounded my horn to make them aware of my presence. The driver then responded by brake checking me.

I sincerely hope this driver’s behaviour is not representative of the driving standards upheld by your company.

I've been using this firm an increasing amount, especially as my mobility's restricted. The service is normally good and the drivers and bookers are friendly, but one thing's getting me down.
On Friday afternoon's the drivers go to pray around 1pm, returning an hour or more later. That means there's no service at that time.
It's odd that whoever runs the company doesn't have cover for this period, especially in a borough where street parking's very difficult (especially for people with mobility issues). And the company's motto is 'Anytime. Anywhere'. Anytime but Friday afternoon's, it seems.
I tried to book for Friday today. I was told there was no guarantee of a driver or even if he'd be on time.

Been using them for years. A good service , always on time.

All the drivers are so helpful & kind. As I have mobility issues it takes me a while to get in & out. The drivers are very patient. Also the fares are very reasonable
