I want to say thank you to Josh who helped save a booking for us when Aer Lingus had multiple cancellations. He went above and beyond to get the customers what they wanted!

Fabulous service from both Carla at enquiry stage and Neve at booking stage on a big Florida booking. Thank you for all of your help :) Always use Gold Medal and would highly recommend.

I have just spoken to my clients back from their trip to Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore.
I am so pleased to report that they had a brilliant time and said Destination Asia were faultless. All pick ups, tours and transfers were on time and the guide was so helpful, which is great news as you may remember I had problems with my other clients when we used them for Singapore and Vietnam last February.

They loved the Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong. The Innside by Melia in Bangkok was good with great food/breakfast. However they found this hotel to be a bit far out of the city for them as two ladies to go out and walk around on their own. Also the room there was quite small and they had a large shower room but with no basin and the basin was in the bedroom which they thought was strange. This is only a small criticism however as they really enjoyed Thailand. They also liked the Robertson House in Singapore and found this most central where they could go out and wander around.

All in all, no complaints and I just want to give you this feedback as I am so pleased everything went well for them and they did have a great time.

Gold Medal travel was supposed to book a through ticket to JFK from BHX via Dublin. I arrived at BHX 3 1/2 before my flight. I was told by Aer Lingus that the flight was only booked to Dublin. In Dublin I would have to check in again for my flight from Dublin to JFK. It was early Sunday morning so I got on the 8.10 flight. Arrived in Dublin had to grab my case and check in with American Airlines as advised by the person in BXH. Went to American Airlines in Dublin who informed I need to check in with Aer Lingus. By the time I had got to Aer Lingus my flight had closed. I only less than 2 hours to grab my bag and check in again in Dublin.
Because Gold Medal had made an error in the booking I had to wait for them to rectify their mistake and rebook a later flight which didn’t leave u til 16.55.
The next day I contacted Millingtons to explain the situation. They contacted Gold Medal about my return flight. Gold medal had to have the return ticket reissued. Therefore although they don’t admit it they made a mistake and refuse to give me any expense incurred due to their error
Yes I do want Gold Medal to contact Millingtons again.

I would like to say a huge thank you to gold medal agent Claire Paterson.
On Saturday we managed to get a 50k booking over the line for 9 people going to Antigua.
Claire was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable from the start.
Claire responded to my emails very fast and even provided me a quote on her day off.
On the booking day we ran into a problem with one of the flights and Claire was amazing with looking at all the different options.
I would 100% recommend gold medal but specifically Claire.

I've been using Nicola Rimmer for a while now and she has helped me secure numerous bookings for Gold Medal.
This week I had support from Rhys Roberts in helping me secure a lovely Australia Cruise Plus booking where he was able to get Princess Cruises to open up a Solo Cabin that wasn't showing.
Their flexibility when supporting homeworkers who don't work a standard 9-5 is appreciated and definitely helps when choosing a supplier to work with.

It’s fair to say we didn’t have the relaxing time we thought
Cancelled flights hotels cancelled even though we had a voucher and we had to pay at the resort so paid twice!!!
We are now in November after my husband complained for the dire customer service……. Nothing back they don’t care…….. wouldn’t book again this is our experience!!! Disgraceful customer service

Joanne in the In the Urgent Response team was absolutely fabulous she really helped with a difficult situation in resort it was so easy to deal with her and she resolved the problem as quicky as she could.

Emma Linstead went above and beyond to help me secure a lovely business class tour to Australia. Emma was available on email and responded quickly to my queries so I didn't have to ring the call centre.
Emma even managed to price match for me . Very happy
