Highly recommended. Engineers were professional, punctual and installed our new gas boiler with care and made it all very easy and stress free. Will be using them for any future work we need including annual service

Have used gold star for a number of years and have found them very competitive on price thy also look after my B2T properties and every year send my a reminder of the up and coming annual service and gas certificate (cp12) which I found very useful.
I would have no problem in recommending.

Gold Star recently did some work for us, replacing a gas boiler and balancing the heating system. They were excellent from start to finish. Ultra professional, polite and reliable. My heating system is now working better than at any time over the last 30 years! Gavin also did a great job servicing our gas fire, which is now gleaming. Thank you to Jay, Gavin, George and to Louise in the office for a faultless service.

Had to replace my boiler and after getting about 5 quotations decided to go with GoldstarGas based on the recommendations from other people wich they worked with them in the past! Fair price , good communication with the office, and high standard job provided by Gavin and Jay!

I needed to replace my old heating system which was a boiler and water tank for a combi boiler. The engineer that came to give me a quote arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable price. The work was carried out quickly over two days and the dates I needed were accomadated. The two engineers that arrived, arrived on time, talked us through all of the work, protected all of our carpets and disposed of all rubbish, even hoovering everything before they left. All coordinated by the lady in the office. I received my gas safety certificate, my warranty and receipt. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Gold Star Gas recently installed a new gas cooker including running a new gas feed from the meter along with an annual boiler service. Really impressed with everything - quality of work, arrived on agreed time and dates, communication from office, engineers were really polite and tidied up after themselves. Price was very reasonable and a particular shout out to Jay who did both the quote and work. Will definitely use again - they’re going to remind me next year when the service is due.

Appalling company. Came back early from holiday to ensure that I kept the appointment that they had made to conduct my annual service. They 'phoned about 9 am to cancel the appointment. When I phoned to complain the person at the other end of the phone said that there had been an "admin error". When I queried this she put the phone down on me. I immediately cancelled my direct debit. Worth pointing out that only twice in the last 13 years have they kept to the original agreed appointment time.

This company has demonstrated itself to be highly professional and knowledgeable of domestic gas appliances. A GoldStar engineer visited my proposed house purchase and identified a dangerous gas hob and a faulty boiler which was beyond repair. Put your trust in these professionals to conduct a thorough safety check prior to purchase.

We were so pleased with the two young men Gavin and George that fitted our new boiler we had been without heat and water for over a week we now have a lovely new boiler and a warm bungalow .We would strongly recommend Gold Star Gas .

We have always used Gas Gold to service our gas boiler and provide the certification we need as foster carers. After our 20 year old boiler broke down recently, we called Gold Gas out to repair it. This was responded to very quickly and after diagnosing the fault, and discussing the costs involved and the limited benefits it would give decided to replace the boiler. We were advised on the different options available and following our decision the replacement was booked for 2 days later.
The engineers turned up spot on time and answered our questions as they worked. By mid afternoon all was done as the boiler was purring along and any mess completely cleaned up by the engineers.
The difference this boiler has made is spectacular compared to the old one so we are very pleased.
Gas Gold hav, as usual been exceptional throughout with good quality honest advice and no pressure upselling. The costs are competitive and their reputation as a quality company is well deserved.
The engineers are polite, well mannered, considerate honest and competent. They are the measure by which similar companies should be measured.

Had a new central heating system fitted by Gold Star, must say they did a wonderful job, hard working guys who were extremely curteous and friendly, I am so pleased with the new system and would thoroughly recommend this firm.

I had Goldstar remove a gas fire for me and can’t praise them enough for their prompt and professional job. I’ve subsequently had them back to install a vertical radiator in my new home and once again a brilliant job. PPE worn throughout plastic protection put down on my carpets and the radiator installed perfectly with the absolute minimum of disruption. Everything cleared and cleaned after the work. Great guys and I would and DO recommend Goldstar to everyone.

We were very impressed with our new boiler installation for our central heating. All the work was very clean, tidy and professional, however, we were not at all impressed with the work done in the loft. The plumbing left a lot to be desired and the place was left in a mess with rubbish everywhere and no insulation on the pipes.

Thank you for your response. They had to do work in the loft to disconnect the tanks and arrange for the hot and cold to go to the bathroom. They removed the existing lagging and did not replace it when finished. They took the lagging off the tanks, removed the tanks and just left the lagging in the loft. We have since removed this ourselves and replaced lagging where necessary.
